There are only 3 times of the year. There's May, there's the Indy 500 week and there's, "Is it May yet? The Hoosier Hundred is/was a 100 mile USAC Silver Crown race that took place on the Thursday before the Indy 500 at the Indiana state fairgrounds. This is my fourth Indy 500 and my first and maybe last Hoosier Hundred. The Hundred needs to be on a 1 mile dirt oval, and it needs to be within the greater boundary of the city of Indianapolis. Maybe someone has the 60 or so acres of land and the want and desire to build a 1 mile dirt oval with 25000 seats. Maybe Lucas Oil raceway can use some of the field they have to cut in a 1 mile oval and have the Hundred and Carb night. Maybe if I win the lottery I'll pony up the vision to build it!
