John doesn't have a youtube channel (yet) so I can't send you there. Really nice beer this one, to me this is Mosaic and Columbus for sure with possibly centennial thrown in. Also this isn't Johns first all grain, I imagined that.

Just checking in after a few weeks off and trying to get back into the swing of making videos again. It's a brew day but I'm not taking video footage other than what you can see in the background.
Thanks to Rick and David for the beermail, you can check out their channels below.

Literally me measuring out grains and salts for the brew day tomorrow, having a beer and talking crap about everything and anything. The usual stuff then. My internet craps out int he end so when it goes, it doesn't come back even though it said I was still live for a while afterwards.

Went to pull off the first pint of a brand new keg the other day and nothing came out! What is going on? Can this be fixed? Yes and yes is the answer. Nice beer too.

Brewing a bitter this week and, as always, hoping for good things. I have a chequered history with this style as other than one or two brews, most have been disappointing, mainly down to the yeast and malt choices. This time we are going with Clipper Yeast from Crossmyloof which is marketed as a 'New England Ale Yeast' but really we think it might be London Ale 3 repackaged. Lets try it.
