Why don't we say rising into love?

FALLING in love is crazy if you think about it….
As you know I take deep consideration of the words I use, after all they are spells! And this reframe I feel is incredibly important.

Creating the life of your dreams doesn't happen overnight.
The change happens within every word, breathe, movement, sound & action you take.
Take moments throughout the day to connect to this new reality.
Be aware of the words you speak & think.
Only say yes to things that align. Anything you say yes to is a no to something else. So make sure that's not your future dreams.
Move your body & walk like you would when you are living this new version of you.
Believe it's already coming & that you are so deserving of it.
Create a morning practice that allows you to embody your future self.
Repeat affirmations & print them around your home to remind you.
Don't focus too much on how much you need to do. Focus on small steps to get you there. If you focus on too much & things too big, it will become overwhelming.
Celebrate the small steps as being one step closer to what you are creating.
Don't push or force yourself. Do everything from a place of joy. If you turn creating your new life into "work" it will always be work. What you do in the world needs to bring you joy to truly be successful.

Bad breathe, vagina smells and smelly gas do not have to be your existence.
In this video, I wanted to share my personal experience with detoxing and how it has affected the way I smell.
I've always believed that "you are what you eat" and "what you eat, you become," which is why I started paying attention to the foods I was consuming and how they were impacting my body.
When I started detoxing, I noticed a huge improvement in the way I smelled - I started to smell so good! It's true, if you eat toxic food, you'll smell toxic, and if you're experiencing unpleasant smells from your armpits, yoni, poo, gas, breath, feet, etc., it's your body speaking to you and telling you that it's time to do a detox.

A mono meal is a meal consisting of just one food
Mono fruit meals are great for:
-better digestion
-improving absorption
-have glowing skin
-seeing if you are allergic to certain foods
-preventing overeating
-learning your hunger cues
-saving you time
I have at least one fruit mono meal a day. My body just thrives when I eat one food at a time. My digestion feels amazing, and Im able to fully absorb the nutrients with ease.
Fruit doesn’t combine well with other foods, and many fruits don’t go well together either (yes fruit salad isn’t necessarily good, smoothies too)!
When you eat 10 different ingredients at once the body has a big job to break it all down. Many people find that taking digestive enzymes help them to break down these big meals, but that’s not a long term solution. Actually it’s unhealthy to take enzymes long term.
Different enzymes are needed to break down proteins, carbohydrates, fat and sugars. If too many enzymes are needed and not available, food ferments or is left undigested.
The aim should be to get the enzymes from the foods you are eating, and how you are eating (chew, chew, chew as it starts in the mouth).
I can’t recommend having a mono fruit meal to break your fast in the morning, or any time of day. It really is a game changer.
I love to mono meal melons, papaya, mangoes, peaches and many other fruits. You can listen to your heart though, and do what’s right for your body.
