In order to make this philly cheesesteak budget friendly it starts with a budget friendly choice of meat. Instead of choosing the more expensive rib eye I choose the less expensive option a chuck roast. The key into making this the ultimate budget friendly cheesesteak is to find a chuck roast with the most marbling. This fat content will allow this cheesesteak to be moist and tender. Also by cutting the chuck roast against the grain before cooking it will provide a nice tender bite. Pulled Pork Ingredients and Directions
Score the fat of the Pork Butt and season it generously. Once Seasoned prepare your pellet grill and preheat to 300 degrees. For the first four hours until Bark starts to set spritz with either a 50/50 blend of water and apple cider vinegar or apple juice. Once bark has set place in foil pan.
Top Pork Butt with brown sugar and 4-5 TBSP of butter.
Place pork butt back in pellet grill and finish cooking and when pork butt reaches 205-209 degrees probe for tenderness.

1lb of Large Shrimp Peeled and Devined
2 TBSP Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 TBSP Diced Italian Parsley
1 Shallot Minced
2 TBSP Garlic Minced
1/2 Cup Dry White Wine ( I used Pinot Grigio)
1/2 Cup Pasta Water
6 Strips of Thick Bacon
16 oz Pasta of your choice
Bacon Grease from cooked bacon
Parmesan Grated to Top
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 Lemon Squeezed
Cooking instructions
Cook pasta al dente
Cook bacon over medium heat until desired crispiness. Remove from skillet add butter, shallot, and minced garlic. Cook until garlic becomes fragrant. Add wine and deglaze skillet. Increase heat to medium high and allow sauce to simmer and reduce for 10mins. Add the juice of one lemon and add grated parmesan. Add shrimp and parsley and toss in butter sauce. Add pasta, then top with bacon and additional parmesan.

4 chicken breast filet in half
2 cups pickle juice
1/4 cup water
1 cup milk
1 large egg
4 Brioche Buns
Pickles, lettuce, tomato and American or Cheddar cheese slices
For the breading:
1 cup All-purpose Flour
3 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Chili Powder
Polynesian Sauce
8 TBSP Corn Syrup
1 Cup Catalina Dressing
4 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 tsp of each Mustard Powder, Paprika, Garlic and Onion Powder
2 TBSP sugar
Refrigerate for 30 mins
