I need to be a contortionist to get in strange positions to meditate.
This myth most likely comes from a confusion of meditation and yoga. Although meditation is an important part of yoga, where it is combined with postures, movement, breathing exercises and philosophies as a way of cultivating health and wellbeing. If all you want to do is meditate, the other aspects just aren’t necessary. Meditation can be achieved by standing, walking, moving and most importantly, by sitting comfortably in your favourite chair.

A crow, doing nothing more than a crow would do. Being an opportunist and eating the remains of another bird left to waste on the edge of a human highway. The crow will soon learn what a cruel, violent and ironic world this can be. How things can change in the blink of an eye.
Made for the Tropfest film festival (hence the umbrella), this is a humorous, yet thought provoking look at the fragility of life and the speed of death as directed by James Cole, who used real roadkill and digitally composited a crow eating a hamburger onto it and then animating it as it is hit by a car. The umbrella and feathers were shot as separate elements to create this visual effects shot.
