Preparing a Lamb for Greek Easter- Roasting on a Spit
Last year my brother and I roasted a lamb on a spit. Nothing beats the taste of a lamb slowly cooked this way. It is well worth the trouble. My brother rents a rotisserie and we prepare the lamb the night before. We remove the head only so as not to scare the kids, but most people leave it attached. The heart, lungs, and liver are used to make the Greek soup Magiritsa. We cook the "beast" for a minimum of 5-6 hours, basting with a mixture of olive oil, lemon and salt so as not to let the skin crack and dry. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QUTQOfjCxAI

Queen Flash performed Queens I Want to Break Free during the Crescent street Grand Prix festival in Montreal June 7 2013. I filmed this with my small pocket Sony camera, well actually it's my wife's, but regardless I was very glad to have it with me!
As for the band, they really sound good live.Very tight. I was very impressed at how well they performed Queen's biggest hits. The fact is that Queen songs are hard to reproduce. They played really well and looked like they were having a blast doing it. Their enthusiasm was contagious and the audience sang along on every song. When he came out dressed in drag, just like in the now famous Queen video, the audience was laughing hysterically! Everyone just loved it and made the experience that much more authentic. A great time was had by all.
Note: The turnout was very high even though the weather did not co operate- it was cold and drizzling all night, yet all stayed to the end! Proof as to how good they were.

Drove by by Costco on Thursday and Friday (April 23,24/2020) and to my surprise saw that the line snaked around the side of the building 3 times. I spoke with a friend who waited in line on one of those days, and I was told that they waited about 50 minutes to get in. I went on Saturday, only because the weather was nicer, and I expected to wait outside. The line was in fact shorter when I went making my wait shorter. I'd say I waited about 20 minutes at most. Once inside, people were very respective of each other, and polite. I didn't sense, nor did I feel any fear. I think people in general were happy to be out and about, and to go about their lives.
I can't understand why Costco is considered "safe", and I believe it is, yet other businesses are deemed "unsafe" and forced to lock down? Just my opinion.
