The ankles are one of the most neglected part of the body that gets workout. The ankles keep your whole body weight and are easily injured so I made a video to help you improve them and reduce the risks of injuring them. Here are the 5 exercises that can be done daily
1. Ankle Rotations = 10-30 reps clockwise & counterclockwise
2. Ankle Tension Hold = Till failure about 10 reps
3. Foot Fist = 10-20 reps
4. Calf Raises = 50-100 reps
5. Shin Raises = 50-100 reps

I was surprised at how a plastic gallon bottle combines with any 2 liter bottle. Not only is it a bargain after drinking the contents but, to use it as a nice target. The beauty is how simple it is to set up while allowing you to adjust how durable you want it to be by, adding sand or water to the bottom.
