Dr. McDonald: The Deposition On RIDOH Response To The Endemic Phase of Covid (Bulk Video-Part 1)
On July 7, 2022, Former Rhode Island Interim Department of Health Director Doctor James McDonald was formally deposed regarding the landmark litigation Southwell et al V. McKee et al., focusing in this case, on the endemic phase of Covid.
Mask Mandates had expired, along with the supporting emergency authority, on March 4, 2022. RIDOH subsequently continued to assert its authority by issuing guidance to school systems to reinstate Mask Mandates. Both the City of Providence, and the Town of Central Falls relied upon this guidance to reinstitute Mask Mandates.
What follows is a remarkable series of videos documenting the wild inconsistencies in promulgated Rhode Island Health Department Policies/Mandates/Memorandums & while in, a desperate attempt to remain relevant, the absence of any authority, real or imagined to do so.
