Making homemade Naan Bread from scratch is simple easy and delicious.

All you need is:
4 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 TBSP sugar
1/4 cup Hot water
1/2 tsp yeast
3/4 cup warm milk
1 cup yogurt
melted butter
Combine water sugar and yeast and let sit 10 minutes.
Mix flour with baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Next mix milk and yogurt with the yeast mixture.
Now we will add the yeast mixture to the flour mix. When it is all incorporated need into a smooth ball.
Set aside in a plastic wrap covered bowl and allow to rise one hour.
After the dough has risen cut into 8 equal pieces and roll into a ball.
roll each ball into an oval roughly 1/4 inch thick. brush with melted butter.
cook in a medium high heat cast iron pan brushing the top with butter before flipping. remove and sprinkle with garlic or herbs if desired.

How to recipe for making Butter Chicken

What you will need:
1 1/2 lbs Chicken thighs ( I use Bell & Evans From Mert's Meats)
3/4 cup yogurt
1 TBSP lemon Juice
2 tsp Tumeric
1 TBSP Cumin
1 TBSP Garam Marsala
6 TBSP Butter
1 Yellow Onion diced
3 Cloves Garlic Minced
1 1/2 TBSP Ginger minced
1/2 cup Chicken Stock
1 Cup Cream
1 Cup Tomato sauce
Combine chicken, yogurt, lemon juice, tumeric, cumin and garam marsala and marinate the longer the better.
Melt butter in saute pan and add your onion saute until translucent. Next add garlic and ginger saute until onion begins to brown.
Add the chicken and marinade and simmer 10-15 minutes.
Add chicken stock and tomato sauce. Bring to a simmer then cover and place in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
remove from oven and add heavy cream. Simmer 10 more minutes.
