A unique triangle is formed when the sum of the measures of the two shorter sides is greater than the measure of the third side. If the sum of the two shorter measures is less than or equal to the measure of the third side, NO triangle can be formed. An included side is a side of a polygon between two given angles. We explain how to use a protractor and the inside or outside scale measures along the curve depending on which direction the angle faces. We draw two triangles with different angle measures and different included side lengths to create unique triangles. Several weeks ago, I found a lump on Lola's side. I took her to the vet and he did a needle aspiration and said that it didn't look good and that he wanted to do a lumpectomy to remove the lump. I brought her in today for the surgery and as she was recovering from that surgery, the vet called to tell me he couldn't get it all that it went very deep into her body. The mass was sent to be biopsied. We'll need to wait a couple weeks before we know if it's cancer or not. Please keep Lola in your prayers. A line plot uses little x marks to record each piece of data above a number line. We discuss the different parts of a line plot and how the shape of a line plot can show us the most or the least. We use the data from a tally table to make a line plot, we compare data, and we find differences in the given data.
