This is is an important court decision in Germany from April 13 2023 reported on by German data analyst, Tom Lausen together with his lawyer brother Sven Lausen. A soldier on trial for rejecting a compulsory order to get vaccinated (in German Duldingspflicht = obligation to tolerate an order) has been been acquitted by a district judge. This is expected to set a precedent for all running cases and prior convictions may have to be reversed according to the lawyer speaking in this recording.
