We have had this chicken from the start but I wasn't sure what type it was. Looking online it seems to a be a Black Star one. We have been getting kind of greenish eggs a guess would be it is from this hen.
We moved them to an old chicken coop we had. It needs a lot of work but they seem happy with the extra space. When we first got them we only had two and didn't know how fast they grew so the coop will have to do for now.
This is the 11th of the duckling videos.

I fed them cut up apple pieces and afterwards with all the ducks/ducklings sleeping on the floor it just looks like a fuzzy carpet.

I've been putting sand in their yard to help with bumblefoot also water does not mess with it as much.
If ducks struggle to breath and are dirty it may be hay making it hard to breath so they don't clean themselves. I'm hoping more sand less hay helps.
We had to split the ducks because the female ducks have to outnumber the males or the females will die from mating.
The ducks finally started to play in the hay I gave them.
It takes a while to upload these videos plus the power was out so this is a bit later than the other one from the same day.
The White Leghorn Chicks are just hanging out eating, drinking water, and pecking my camera.
BTW I don't know what type of chicken the black one is.
This is the 3rd of the baby chick videos and the first out of the two I made today.
