Uh, I would like to see those people stay because we do have people that, contrary to what Marjorie says, are actually working for the American public. But more importantly, show me any legislation that you have worked on to help people buy homes because you're ranting and raving about a problem, claiming you are powerless to do anything about it. This is a particularly disturbing story because several years ago you had the Federal Trade Commission actually do something good.

Yeah. They came out and said, okay, social media companies, specifically you Facebook because you're the worst, you can't sell data of users under the age of 18. Simple enough.
What are the reasons for that? I mean, give the common sense reasons for that.
The common sense reason is these are people that cannot legally enter into a contract to say you're allowed to sell their data. It's basic pre-law stuff there. So the FTC says you can't do it. It's dangerous. They're minors.
They become victims. They become trafficking victims. There's a whole host of problems that that freak understands. And they're still, he's still sickened the lawyers on the Federal Trade Commission. As you just pointed out, I've never seen in the last 10 years the Federal Trade Commission do anything really meaningful. This is meaningful. I mean, he's trying to say, there's a problem here, we gotta solve it.
And Facebook says, how dare you? We have 13 year olds on our app, and by God, we wanna sell their data. We wanna sell it to Amazon, we wanna sell it to JC Penney or whoever it is out there. They'll buy this data. And then of course, once the data gets out there, it's gonna get into the hands of people that should not have it. Like you point out.
Well, it's the equivalent, this is a good description. What's happening here is the equivalent, we handled the tobacco case. We got that whole thing rolling right here in Florida. And one thing that we saw, well, it would be the equivalent of the FTC, it's like big tobacco trying to gut the FDA. Remember? Okay. They did everything they could to gut the FDA and say all this stuff about cancer, meaningless. It's a bunch of lawyers' who's chasing, ambulance chasers. Well, this is the equivalent here. This is the industry that wants to gut the FTC, which is the only people at the reigns. Nobody else is in charge. Right?
Yeah. And again, this is a good decision by the FTC, but listen, Facebook's probably gonna get some great lawyers, scumbag type, but good at what they do at protecting corporations. This is one that they could win. And this is, people, y'all gotta watch what your kids are doing because.

The League of United Latin American citizens has put out a $10,000 reward for anyone that is able to locate Perla Huerta. Now, in case you haven't been following along with the developments, cuz obviously there's a lot of news happening this week and you know, Ron DeSantis migrant flights aren't exactly at the top of that list anymore. Perla Huerta has been identified this past week as the individual that rounded up the migrants that recruited them onto the planes that DeSantis paid for to send them from Texas to Martha's Vineyard. She's the one according to the people who were actually, you know, recruited by her. She's the one who lied to them, got them on the plane on false pretenses, gave them those little flyers, gave them her phone number and said, Hey, when you get there, if you've got any problems, gimme a call. And then they get there, they got problems, she doesn't answer the phone anymore. And again, she was identified as Pearl Huerta, a a 20 year Army veteran who actually served as a counter intelligence agent in the United States Army. She lives in Tampa, Florida. But apparently even after all that, nobody's been able to find her kinda like she disappeared. So League of United Latin American citizens says we will give somebody $10,000. You can find this woman for us.
So there you have it folks. I, they got a lot more to talk about, but I just want everybody to be aware. $10,000 give the location of Pearl Lahuta. It's that simple. It's easy money if you know her. But here's the thing, this is more than just needing a reward. Perla Huta is at the center of all of this, okay? She was obviously hired by somebody to do this, to put people on the planes that Ron DeSantis paid for. So if she's working the plane that DeSantis paid for, it stands to reason that somebody within the Florida government paid her or at least recruited her. And she is the person who knows all of these details. She knows who made the flyers that are filled with lies that basically lured these people there under false pretenses. You know, with the kidnapping part of it, she knows who was involved in the Florida Governor's office. She knows if any Texas officials were also involved. So here's my idea, Pearl Lata, you want $10,000? Make a phone call to that group. Tell 'em right where you are and that you also want the reward. And then after you make that phone call, I suggest you call the sheriff's office in Texas, in, in Bear County and say, I wanna make a deal. I want immunity. And in exchange I'll

Now I don't condone what you did and I wish you would pay a price for it, but if, if you can give up everybody else that was involved, names, dates, places, people, everything, I think they should cut you a deal and lets you off. Yesterday the house passed the rules packages, which of course include all of the concessions that Kevin McCarthy made to the extremist in his party in exchange for that speaker's gavel. But even yesterday, a new concession was revealed, and this one was not in the rules package because this is more of a verbal agreement, I guess you would say. Not necessarily something in writing, but something that McCarthy agreed to that will not only benefit the extremists, but help them grow their ranks. And that concession was that McCarthy said that the con, uh, congressional Leadership Fund, the Congressional Super PAC that he runs will no longer support any candidate in an open seat primary in a Republican district. Here's what that means. Let's say, let's use my district as an example because it's a deep red district where a Republican is always gonna win, say Matt Gaetz doesn't run for reelection.
So we have a bunch of Republicans come in in a primary, we've got one normal Republican who's doing well in the polls and we've got one MAGA style Republican. Typically, this congressional leadership fund would come in and they would fund the normal Republican in the primary, which would put the MAGA Republican at a disadvantage under this new rule, they will give money to neither candidate. So they cannot elevate normal Republicans, nor can they trash crazy Republicans. And as we saw from the democratic strategy this past election cycle where democratic groups came in and hyped up the MAGA candidate in the primaries and then ended up beating them in the general, we know how toxic these MAGA people can be. But we also know with a good Democrat we can beat 'em, but not in a deep red district. And that's the problem. So the MAGA people get the advantage with this new concession from McCarthy because they will not be attacking them.
They will not be boosting a normal Republican, which again could end up bolstering the ranks of these MAGA fanatics in the House of Representatives. But McCarthy didn't care. All McCarthy wanted was that power without stopping to think for a second that this particular concession, based on the other rules that he has now solidified, could result in him getting voted out of the speakership if the ranks of those, uh, MAGA Freedom Caucus Republicans continues to grow. So he didn't really think this through be, so he's ultimately probably gonna pay the price for it. But so is the United States. Instead of getting rid of these members of the Freedom Caucus throughout
Election cycles, we will see more of them. Instead of getting rid of the obstruction, it will grow worse. That is what this concession will do and it 100% benefits those lunatic republicans who are probably gonna enjoy much greater numbers after the next election cycle.

Now the former presidents can claim it all day long, but the current sitting president has no constitutional duty to recognize their claims of executive privilege.

Donald Trump has accidentally, or quite possibly given the way this man is intentionally started a little civil war inside of the very MAGA movement that he created. And this is a relatively weird story, I guess, but here's what happened. You have, uh, Virginia representative Bob Good, who happens to be the chair of the far Right Freedom Caucus in the House of Representatives, okay? We're not talking about some moderate Republican or some kind of wishy-washy maverick. No, we are talking about a far right Republican congressman that has basically stood by Donald Trump's side through everything. But he's got a Republican primary, uh, uh, opponent who claims to be further to the right than he is man by the name of, uh, uh, John McGuire. So why does that matter? Well, Donald Trump came out and endorsed McGuire over the incumbent good. And that is what has now caused this little civil war.
Donald Trump himself is not involved in the war, of course. No, he is not gonna get his hands dirty. The two main characters on either side are Marjorie Taylor Greene, who of course is going along with Donald Trump and supporting McGuire, and on the other side, supporting Bob Goode. You have soon to be incarcerated. Steve Bannon. Just last week, at the same time in the same district, Marjorie Taylor Green, held an event for McGuire, and Steve Bannon held an event to support Bob Good. Marjorie Taylor Green at her event said, quote, we need loyalists. Good kick Trump. When he was down, I, I have no idea what she's talking about. But then at the same time she's saying that, you know, down the street you have Steve Bannon telling good supporters, quote, they think you're a bunch of morons who don't count.
I love it. I love the fighting. I love the fact that these two friends are at each other's throats here with this, here is what one, uh, reporter had to say about this. The back-to-back events last week, pitting some of the most famous MAGA figures against each other have highlighted how strange this civil war of a primary has become. It has splintered the MAGA movement and the GOP itself and highlighted the shifting alliances, personal feuds and chaotic maneuvering that have come to define the party as much as any ideological or policy position, because that really nails it, doesn't it? This isn't about policy. This isn't about this person wants to do this, but this person wants to do that. This isn't about, well, they're not gonna cut these taxes and
We need to cut them. They want to do this policy. This is purely about who loves Trump more. And the two people who love Trump the most green and Bannon are out there saying, this person loves Trump more, and you should hate the other side 'cause they don't love Trump enough. It all comes down to who loves Trump more, and now they're fighting each other over who has more love for this man? And that's what Republican politics has become. It's not about policy.
