?Delicious ROAST TURKEY ROLL – for Family or Holiday Dinner. Recipe by Always Yummy!
Mouthwatering and very tasty dish will take its rightful place on your festive table. Roll filled with spinach and cheese that add a tender taste to a juicy roasted turkey meat, in combination with golden-crusted slices of bacon, will make your meal a special and unforgettable.

✅ Ingredients:
• turkey fillet – 2,2 lb / 1 kg
• bacon – 7 oz / 200 g
• hard cheese – 1 oz / 30 g
• spinach – 4,5 oz / 125 g
• onion – 3 oz / 100 g
• garlic – 1 clove
• salt – ½ tsp
• ground black pepper – ½ tsp
• sage – 6 leaves
• parsley – 1 oz / 30 g
• 1 lemon
• lemon juice – 1 tsp
• white dry wine – 1 cup / 250 ml
• vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
• olive oil – 2 tbsp

✔︎You will need:
• oven
• baking dish
• carving board
• bowl
• pan
• grater

?Preparation:
1. Heat a pan with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, add the chopped bulb onion, minced garlic, black pepper and salt, sauté for 2 minutes over medium heat until translucent.
2. Add the spinach and 1 tsp of lemon juice and fry for about 2 minutes stirring constantly. Cool the spinach.
3. Add the grated cheese to the cooled spinach.
4. Cut the turkey fillet lengthwise pressing lightly with a palm keeping a knife parallel to the surface. Leave 0,5 cm uncut and open the fillet as a book. Pound well with a meat tenderizer on both sides.
5. Salt and pepper to taste the fillet, lay out the spinach filling on it and roll up.
6. Wrap the roll into the bacon strips.
7. Lay out the parsley stalks and lemon rings into a baking dish.
8. Lay the roll on this bed, add the sage leaves and drizzle it with the olive oil.
9. Add 250 ml of white dry wine into the baking dish and cover with a food foil.
10. Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C and roast the roll for 30 minutes.
11. Remove the foil, pour the roll with the formed sauce and roast for 30 minutes more.
12. Your holiday turkey roll is ready.
