Ingredients Needed for this Healing Salve:
1/8 cup distilled or filtered water
1/2 teaspoon citric acid
1/2 teaspoon shea butter
2-3 tablespoons beeswax or cocoa butter (pieces)
1/2 teaspoon vodka
4 teaspoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon red palm oil
1 teaspoon magnesium oil
1 tablespoon wild lettuce paste (see video below on how to make or purchase on ebay)
1 teaspoon cedar oil
3-5 drops essential rosemary oil
3-5 drops essential orange oil
3-5 drops essential bay leaf oil (optional)
3-5 drops essential birch oil (optional)
1 tablespoon DMSO
Directions:
Add jar to a small pot of water (filled halfway) to the stove. Turn on stove to medium heat.
Add the following ingredients to the jar in the pot:
1/8 cup distilled or filtered water
1/2 teaspoon citric acid
1/2 teaspoon shea butter
2-3 tablespoons beeswax or cocoa butter (pieces)
1/2 teaspoon vodka
4 teaspoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon red palm oil
1 teaspoon magnesium oil
1 tablespoon wild lettuce paste (see video to make or purchase on ebay)
Stir the ingredients together while warming on the stove, enough for them to emulsify. Stir often, and turn off heat when mixture is combined and emulsified. Set aside.
In a small bowl combine the following:
1 teaspoon cedar oil
3-5 drops essential rosemary oil
3-5 drops essential orange oil
3-5 drops essential bay leaf oil (optional)
3-5 drops essential birch oil (optional)
1 tablespoon DMSO
Mix together.
Now combine all ingredients in an appropriate sized jar with a lid. Attach the lid, and percuss 50-100 times. Set aside and allow it to solidify. Percuss every 20-30 minutes until the salve has solidified. To speed this up, you can set it in the freezer or fridge until it sets up. If it does not set up, rewarm the salve and add more beeswax or coconut butter.
Apply the salve liberally, trans-dermally for pain or inflammation.

1/2 cup dried elderberries
1/3 cup dried rose hips
3 cinnamon sticks
2 Tablespoons licorice root or 5 star anise
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
3 cups of organic apple juice
1/2 cup local raw honey or other sweetener
2-3 tablespoons of gelatin
Make the Juice Place by placing elderberries and rose hips, star anise and cinnamon sticks in a mortar bowl and grind the herbs to break them open.
Then, transfer the mixture into a medium-sized sauce pan. Bring to a simmer and continue to simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool, or place in an ice bath or refrigerator for quicker cooling. Strain into a bowl through a sieve topped with a muslin cloth or jelly bag. Squeeze well to extract the juice.
Allow juice to cool, then measure out 2 cups juice, add more apple juice if needed, to make 2 cups liquid, then add 2 1/2 to 3 tablespoons gelatin and whisk for 2 minutes until well blended.
Transfer the mixture to a medium-sized sauce pot and heat to simmer, stirring constantly, until it simmers.
Turn off heat and allow the mixture to cool again. Pour the mixture into bite-sized gelatin molds or a large glass casserole pan. Place in refrigerator until the gelatin firms up (about an hour).
Remove from refrigerator and using a knife, cut into small, teaspoon-sized cubes. Place the gummy cubes in a sealed container and store in refrigerator.
Take 1-2 gummies 2-3 times per day as needed.
