I couldn't find a compact 4x GPU online that I liked so I decided to design one. I wanted this thing to be little and compact. This is going to be a 2 part series because I have allot of printing and testing to do. Right now this is for a Micro ATX motherboard but In the future I'm going to extend this out for full size ATX motherboard. Possible 6x GPU

I picked up this Picco nitro engine on offer up for $200. Picco .28 engines are hard to find. This one looks pretty new. The guy said he ran a couple of break in tanks and that was it. I decided to put in some ceramic bearing to give it a little more top end. I don't have me driving on Camera but this thing is insanely powerful.
The Ceramic Bearings I used.

I've done a few of these Silicon heated beds. AC is different animal then DC. I try and explain some safety concerns you might have when wiring one of these in. One of the issues with these wheeled printers is that they isolatet the bed from the frame of the printer. You need to run a ground strap up with the heated bed. Allot these lower end 3D printers come with a single Pole AC switch. In a single pole the Neutral wire will always be hot when plugged in. Upgrade to double pole you don't have power when the switched is turned off. Most people just turn off the switch and leave the power cord plugged it. Hopefully this helps.

One of the first things that bothered me about these large printers coming out are the external control boxes. I had the box fall off my desk and rip the heated bed connector off. I want to be able to lift and move my printer as one piece. Its also easier to service the individual components now. Now the power supply and dual mosfet and control boards are separated. I never like having the power supply and board sharing the same cooling fan.

We finally gave up trying to find the oddball CR-10 max LCD. This sonic pad is pretty nice. It was meant a raspberry Pi repalcemt for klipper. I haven't restored one of these yet so I don't know if it has internal flash or cd card. If you have a creailty printer I would go this route. If you have a non creality printer I would go the raspberry pi route.

I bought this Wide band RTL SDR on Amazon. Its like a RTL dongle with a Ham it up upconverter. I still need to get an HF antenna to get better signals. Got it to pick up some HF bands.

One thing I learned about crypto mining in the last few years is every GPU is different and has it own personality. Even GPU's from the same manufacturer and model behave differently. The trick is to place them in the rig were they get the best cooling. GPU's the have better heatsinks and fans go into hotter areas. GPU with smaller heatsink and less fans go the cooler areas.
