This part shows the mentality and ignorance of some people. Earl comes out to tell me i am not doing him any favours, even though my presence there is slowing people down, preventing muppets going through his fenceline. He thinks people might learn if hit in the pocket with a fine... It is simply an allegation, as all have the presumption of innocence. His own argument is defeated by the fact that in the last 3 years, 50+ speed cameras have been present, yet he still has his fence crashed through, he may wake up and comprehend the flaw in his opinion, however like arseholes, we all have an opinion, yet some stink more than others. One must ask though, should he be driving Heavy Transport Vehicles if he fails to notice rubbish bags clearly present, perhaps he needs his vision tested, or at least if he is going to whine about things, he best...
