Still Report #1164 – CNBC Poll Donald Trump Has a 50-50 Chance over Crooked Hillary Clinton

Good evening, I’m still reporting on Trump and Clinton.
Donald Trump now leads in two polls nationally, having overcome double-digit deficiencies in just the last two weeks, and he is closing the gap in most of the other polls, even in the swing states.
According to Jake Novak on CNBC:
“There’s a 50/50 chance this thing won’t turn out [Clinton’s] way.
”Bigger — much bigger — deficits in the national polls have been overcome before in presidential elections."
Slowly, slowly, the major news outlets are starting to turn against Clinton as at least three significant Clinton stories broke this afternoon and this evening.
Late this afternoon, The Daily Beast reported that two complete archived copies of all of Hillary Clinton’s emails were lost in the mail, according to an FBI report released this afternoon.
In addition, that same archive was placed on a thumb drive and mailed, and it too has also now been lost.
Huma Abedin told the FBI that the laptop and thumb drive were meant to be used in the future production of a book. They were lost as different Clinton staffers mailed them around for different reasons as Clinton transitioned out of the State Department.
That laptop and thumb drive are out there somewhere in the world and they are worth a pretty penny.
Next up, Newsweek – reported a Reuters story about the notes from the day the FBI actually whisked Clinton away from her DC home and interviewed her for 3-and-a-half hours.
Clinton resorted to the “I don’t recall” defense – typically the last resort in a sophisticated criminal’s path to prison.
Although the Newsweek/Reuters story is interesting it was rather short of specifics of the “don’t recall” defense.
We have obtained a more complete list, though at this hour its veracity cannot be verified.
Here is reportedly a selection of the items Clinton told the FBI she couldn’t recall:
“… a specific process for nominating a target for a drone strike.”
“… using a flip phone during her time as Sec. of State.”
“… how any data stored on her Blackberry device was destroyed.”
“… why State was unable to provide her with a secure Blackberry.”
“… receiving any emails she thought should not be on an unclassified system.”
“… her specific conversations regarding the creation of the clintonemail.com domain.”
“… receiving guidance from State regarding email policies outlined in the Foreign Affairs Manual.”
“… any specific routine for deleting email from her account while Secretary of State.”
“… a specific cable about securing personal email accounts sent to employees.”
“…ever contacting Pagaliano [her tech support person] for technical support for her email account.”
“… specifically who had access to Clinton’s Blackberry and email accounts.”
“… any other individuals being offered an account on clintonemail.com besides Huma Abedin.”
“… the compromise of State employees’ gmail accounts.”
“… using an iPad mini until after her tenure as Secretary of State.”
But according to the CBS report, here is something that Clinton told the FBI that she specifically did remember:
“… that the use of a private server was NOT due to a desire to avoid FOIA requests or violate the Federal Records Act.”
So what is one to conclude from this list?
#1, Clinton is either lying to the FBI, or
#2, she is severely mentally impaired and therefore hardly capable of fulfilling the duties of the President.
Lastly, CBS reported this afternoon that Clinton did not just own one device as she has publically stated – but up to 13 devices – 8 of them were used to access her State Department emails while she was Secretary of State.
However, of these 13 devices, the FBI could get their hands on NONE of them.
And one aide, Justin Cooper admitted to the FBI that he:
“… did recall two instances where he destroyed Clinton’s old mobile devices by breaking them in half or hitting them with a hammer.”
Any wonder why Clinton is still sinking in the polls?

Julian Assange, the founder of Wikileaks, has denied that Russia was the source of the recent leak of emails from the Democratic National Committee.
Assange’s denials came after several former and current U.S. officials claimed Russia was probably involved.
However Assange came out today with a strong denial:

The possible Russian involvement has caught the attention of Dick Morris, a former Bill Clinton pollster and close advisor”

However, there is another rumor floating around that needs to be investigated by someone living in the District who is younger and braver than this reporter.
On Sunday morning, July 10th at about 04:20 am, 27-year-old Seth Rich, an employee at the DNC, was shot twice in the back a-block-and-a-half from his home.
Police who were patrolling the area heard the shots and found Rich still conscious and breathing in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of Washington, D.C. about 2 miles directly north of the Capitol building. He died an hour later in the hospital.
The killer did not take Rich’s wallet, credit cards or cell phone. However, his mother, Mary Rich was told by police that her son may have been the victim of a robbery.
She was quoted by an NBC Channel 4 report saying:
"There had been a struggle. His hands were bruised, his knees are bruised, his face is bruised, and yet he had two shots to his back, and yet they never took anything."
Seth had been walking home, presumably after a late Saturday night at the office. He had been talking to his girlfriend when she heard noise in the background. Rich reassured her that he was almost home and said he would call her back.
The death still remains a mystery and DC police initially put up a $25,000 reward for information leading to an arrest, but now over 2 weeks later and no suspects in sight, the reward has been raised to $50,000.
Rich had worked at the DNC for two years in – wait for it -- the IT department ---- as the voter expansion data director and was well-liked by his colleagues.
Twelve days after his death, Wikileaks released 20,000 emails and 8,000 attachments from 7 DNC co-workers that led to the resignation of DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
Jennifer Palmieri, the Clinton campaign's communications director told reporters earlier today that she wouldn't be surprised if the Wikileaks releases more emails from the trove it stole from the Democratic National Committee.
In an example of “whistling past the graveyard”, Palmieri said:
"We're not concerned about our emails. The Wikileaks leak was obviously designed to hurt our convention so it's possible that they could do it — I don't think they're done."

This anti-nationalism concept has gone untouched since the U.N.’s founding. And with the coming collapse of the European Union, it is high time to re-evaluate this failed notion of world governance.
Trump will now finally open a national dialogue as to whether we need the governance function of the United Nations.
My take is that although there are a few useful functions of the UN that should remain, most of it can be thrown out, but the world governance function is especially dangerous. Synopsis: According to a tweet this morning from WikiLeaks:
“BREAKING: Sweden has dropped its case against Julian Assange and will revoke its arrest warrant.”
After hunkering down inside the safety of the Ecuadorian embassy in London, Julian Assange may soon be a free man again after Swedish prosecutors said they have dropped their long-running quest to arrest him on allegations of rape of a minor, something Assange denies and has never been charged for.
According to the office of the Chief Prosecutor in Sweden:
“Chief Prosecutor Marianne Ny has today decided to discontinue the preliminary investigation regarding suspected rape concerning Julian Assange.”
“Given that all options for moving the investigation forward are now exhausted, it appears that — in light of the views expressed by the supreme court on the proportionality of arresting someone in absentia — it is no longer proportional to maintain the decision to remand Julian Assange in his absence.”
There are still remaining problems for Assange. Britain has sought his arrest for unspecified, but less important infractions, however, London’s Metropolitian Police have signaled that they may look the other way if Assange chooses to leave the embassy.
US Attorney General Jeff Sessions said last month that arresting Assange was a “priority” and a secret extradition agreement from months ago may be the infraction the Met is concerned about.
I have no inside information on this, however, my reporter’s nose tells me that this radical change in Assange’s status could not have happened without the tacit or otherwise approval of President Trump.

Ted Cruz’s big victory in Texas last night was actually a terrible showing by Republican “favorite son” standards. In fact it the worst showing by a Republican candidate in his home state since 1913.
Yesterday, Cruz won 43.7% of the vote, beating out Trump by 17 points. However, Republicans over years have shown fierce loyalty to home state
candidates, on average giving them over the last 100 years 78.5% of the vote.
According to Eric J. Ostermeier, writing in the Smart Politics blog from the Univ. of Minnesota’s School of Public Affairs, Cruz’s victory:
“…avoided an embarrassment that might have pressured him to withdraw after Super Tuesday. While Cruz escaped that unenviable situation, his victory in Texas is decidedly shy of impressive."

This morning, Donald Trump asked Russia – or any other nation – who may have hacked Hillary Clinton’s illegal home server and acquired the 30,000 emails she destroyed in clear violation of the Federal Records Act – to please return them to the FBI for further investigation.
The Democrats – after having seen the LA Times/USC daily tracking poll – are going into panic mode. They twisted Trump’s words and got their mouthpieces in the MSM to do the same, claiming that Trump had really encouraged Russia to hack into Clinton’s server and get the emails. And then they claimed this constituted a treasonous act on the part of Trump.
Three small facts here. Fact #1: Hillary’s illegal servers no longer exist as working servers. They have been removed from Hillary’s basement and disassembled, the disks removed for deep forensic analysis in FBI Headquarters.
So Trump can’t encourage hacking something that does not exist!
Small Fact #2: What Trump really said in essence was; if you have the missing emails, please cough them up. He did not even courage hacking anyone, anywhere. This is yet another Clinton lie.
Small Fact #3: Russia is obligated by treaty to turn over the emails because whether or not they show any further wrongdoing – and you have to figure that they do – no matter what, they constitute 30,000 serious violations of the Federal Records Act of the United States.
Here is the synopsis cover page of this treaty existing on Congress.gov. It is Treaty Document 106-22. Title: “Treaty with Russia on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters”, signed on June 17, 1999.
Here is the synopsis of the text:
“The Treaty provides for a broad range of cooperation in
criminal matters. Mutual assistance available under the Treaty
includes obtaining the testimony or statements of persons;
providing documents, records and other items;
[etc., etc;] and any other form of legal assistance not
prohibited by the laws of the Requested Party.”
And guess who signed this treaty on Dec. 30, 1999?

However, I luckily did read this email from the website, because this really changed my perspective of my channel. I’ll withhold the name:
“I did a very unscientific look at CNN's YouTube numbers.
“They have 1,604,952 subscribers but really get very few views for that number. I looked at their six most recent videos that were at least one day old & were clearly US politics oriented.”
CNN could easily be paying to boost fake subscriber numbers. I’ve heard you can do that on Twitter and Facebook.
“Those six averaged only 7027 views per video or a mere 0.43% of the total subscribers.
“Then I looked at your channel with 59,425 subscribers. I only looked at your five most recent videos so as not to skew the results with the one that got 754,851 views.”
Incidentally, that one report is #1271. It cracked a million yesterday in less than 5 days!
“Anyway you average 25,136 views per video or 42.3% of the total subscribers.
“I looked at the up & down votes for both channels as well with CNN only averaging 148 'ups' & 170 'downs'.
“Couldn't count your 'ups' accurately as they only display a 'xK' value but you have at least 1,167 'ups' per video & 15 'downs'.
Here’s a screenshot of my last 6 vids. Typically, my vids run 100-to-1 ratio between the ups and downs – or only 1% or less get thumbs down.

Good morning. I’m still reporting on the movie economy.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens opened in North America last night at 7pm in the east. By this morning at 4 am, initial box office receipts have crushed previous records - $60 million by morning.
The previous champ was Harry Potter, Part 2, the final film in the franchise, which earned $43.5 million in Thursday previews in July 2011. The Dark Knight Rises took in $30.6 million in 2012.
Reviews are very good. Rotten Tomatoes users have given it a 95% fresh rating and Rentrack fans gave it an unheard of 94% rating.
Force Awakens is the most expensive film of all time – costing Disney studios upwards of $200 million to make.
However, experts now believe that it will become a profitable venture for Disney by the end of its first weekend.
Estimates are that “Force Awakens” may become the top grossing film of all time, exceeding Avatar 2009 total of $2.8 billion and Titanic’s 1997 total of $2.2 billion.
By New Years day, “Force Awakens” has a good shot at exceeding 2014s disappointing 10.3 billion dollar gross for the entire movie industry -- pushing that up to around $10.5 billion dollars for 2015.
Now, let’s put this number in perspective to make it useful. In the big picture, the movie industry’s 10 billion per year take is small potatoes compared with the staggering $1.1 trillion budget deal which Congress will vote on later today.
The new deal, complete with full funding for President Obama’s suicidal foreign refugee resettlement program will add over $500 billion to the deficit – all financed by selling additional interest bearing bonds.
Just the new interest on this new addition to the national debt will cost taxpayers around an additional $15 billion dollars per year – 50% more than the entire movie industry will take in all year.
The truth is that NONE of this money needs to be borrowed. The government can simply create it without borrowing without any debt.
But, you say, “that’s printing and printing would cause runaway inflation”!
Well, yes, it would! But the inflation is felt faster by the voters than the nearly invisible, but far more damaging effects of the borrowing.
Taxpayers would get angry at politicians quicker if inflation set in, and elect new politicians.
That’s the secret that both politicians and bankers don’t want you to know - about the U.S. economy.
Politicians will talk all day about cutting spending, but it never happens. What their main donors – the bankers -- would much prefer is that you keep thinking borrowing is an acceptable alternative as they blame each other time and time again for the over spending.
That helps both the politicians and the bankers stay rich. But it is a totally bad solution for you.

Hoffer Loses in Austria
To the surprise and dismay of those of us who are unalterably opposed to the European Union, Austria’s Freedom Party candidate, Norbert Hofer, tonight lost a razor-thin election that would have made him the first far-right candidate to become the head of state of a Western European nation since World War II.
Hofer lost by just 31,000 votes and has conceded. The new president is the former leader of the Green Party, Alexander Van der Bellen.
Martin Schulz, the president of the European Parliament, called Van der Bellen's victory a defeat for "anti-European, backward-looking populism."
German Vice Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel, second in command to the increasingly unpopular Chancellor Angela Merkel, told Die Bild newspaper that:
"…a load has been taken off the mind of all of Europe." [It was a] clear victory for good sense against right-wing populism."
However today’s election results in Italy were quite different and way more important than the loss in Austria. See our next report for that.
