This was definitely not an easy time. I suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum (unstoppable pregnancy vomiting) with continuous inpatient treatment till week 25, and recovered only for 3-4 weeks, then the doctor noticed that the baby had been growing way too fast, that I had to take diat till the end of my pregnancy. Our baby girl was overdue for 3 days. The doctors explained that the big babies often would like to stay a bit longer. But in the due week the baby was estimated for a 4-kg weight, which didn't give me much time to wait for a natural birth. So an induction was planned at 8 a.m. three days later after the due date. Luckily, my water broke at 1 a.m. So it was a natural birth without induction!
