This video shows the difference between a clean and press, clean and push press, and clean and jerk. Kettlebells are used for the clean, the clean would be different when using a barbell or dumbbells, otherwise, the movement for the press, push press, or jerk would remain the same.

This kettlebell combo is that from the workout called Colossus WOD. The kettlebell combo has 6 kettlebell exercises which are:
1) kettlebell deadlift
2) kettlebell hang clean
3) kettlebell swing clean
4) kettlebell swing
5) kettlebell half snatch
6) kettlebell strict press
Combine all these together and you have the Ulitmate Kettlebell Combo.

Anna and Brendon going on a 3K run with Gas Masks on for lung conditioning and to make it just a bit harder than normal.
Right after their 3K run they give each other a workout with the gas mask on, further on in the day we train two other trainers in the Gas Masks, and to top it off we had a Caveman Training Circuit session at Stafford for 12 people.

The Turkish Getup (TGU) into OH (overhead) squat is a great combination to work the full-body. After the getup you keep the bell overhead and perform an overhead squat, come out, and complete the getup. Switch sides.

This kettlebell workout I named 'Valentina' it's 40 minutes and includes the warm-up. The warm-up is 50 jumping jacks, 25 squats and 25 pancake burpees, you only do that once, but you start the timer when you start your jumping jacks. Then you perform with a heavy kettlebell a clean, squat and jerk, start with your left and repeat on your right, then with two medium weight kettlebells that you snatch up you perform a seesaw press with a slight upper torso rotation times 2.
