The frog, when placed in water that you heat gradually, constantly tries to adjust its temperature to cope with the rising temperature of the water. The water begins to reach boiling point. Then the frog, which can no longer adapt, tries to get out of the water. This is not possible because it has exhausted all its energy to adapt to the water temperature. The frog can not get out and eventually boils in the water. What ultimately killed the frog is not the boiling water but the frog's decision to try to adapt so that it runs out of energy.
Boiled frog syndrome and humans:
The above example may surprise us, however we humans also fall into the trap of boiled frog syndrome. The frog tried to adjust its temperature to the current conditions. We do exactly the same thing several times. We try to adapt to situations that we would normally need to get out of. When we make this decision we can not react. The frog's depletion of energy can be likened to our own do not react to the wrong situation. We refuse to change the situation and insist on adapting just like the frog to the hot water. Surely man must adapt to different conditions and situations. But he must consider which situations he should adapt to and which not because they are dangerous and will create enormous mental fatigue.
Examples of boiled frog syndrome:
Man tries to adapt to difficult and sometimes dangerous situations and not react to them because change is slow. If these changes were made abruptly the reaction would be the first solution. So if they threw the frog straight into the boiling water, then it would jump straight out. In exactly the same way, man would react immediately, to get rid of the toxic state he is experiencing.
Typical racism video in America, why can't these good guys kill people to steal a few dollars, this is not racism;
why does the police intervene to prevent gangs from committing crimes for fun anymore, this is not racism on the part of the police; when will this racism end, letting such people express themselves freely?
