Bloodwork on Carnivore: What's happened to my kidneys?!
How's my bloodwork after 4 months on carnivore. I ordered some very specific tests in order to see how this carnivore experiment would impact my kidney function (eGFR & Cystatin C), my blood glucose levels, HBA1C (diabetes prevention) and I tried to get my Vitamin C level tested too. I do have other full panels of labwork I've had done, and I've also done a very comprehensive G.I. test (while on carnivore) and will do videos sharing these results coming up.

UPDATE: I no longer buy TCA peels from Makeupartistschoice and I don't recommend them, just based on my experiences. I know some people like them, but I have had way better results with TCA peels from Platinum Skincare, a brand recommended to me by you guys in the comments - thanks! One thing I completely forgot to mention is this: the first evening, once my skin redness dissipated, I decided to put some higher strength Tretinoin (Retin A) on my face for an hour and then I washed it off. I wanted to increase the turnover rate with the peel - ensuring I would peel sooner rather than later. And, it did work, though it is probably something that is not recommended to do.
The 24% TCA peel was purchased from Makeupartistschoice.com (MUAC's TCA Peel). They don't sell the exact one anymore, but they sell this adjustable strength one: https://www.makeupartistschoice.com/30-TCA-Peels--Adjustable-Kit-strengths-from-10--25_p_194.html.
Full disclaimer is below. Here I just want to give a personal note: Please be extremely careful if you are considering doing a TCA peel at home. Do extensive research. It is also never recommended to start out with anything but the lowest peel available. The company I bought this from, in my opinion, their peels are weaker than some from other companies. I do not think this 24% is the same as one similarly sold from another company. I would need to try or test something out to know for sure though. This requires extreme care and caution. Whatever you do is at your own risk. Most people do not do TCA peels unless they have worked their way up from lower strength peels - like Glycolic peels.

My health was a mess years ago. I wanted my life back. Here I share my health transformation spanning a couple decades - from the standard garbage American diet, to low carb, keto and then to carnivore - I've currently done 60 days carnivore. I am no longer in constant severe pain. This is my health journey.
Although many people try carnivore for weight loss, many others are on it for autoimmune conditions, mental health issues and to help heal G.I. problems. I hope this video inspires some people, or starts a conversation. Let me know if you have any questions at all.
