Artist Bio: In 2008 SANCTRUM releases their critically acclaimed debut album 'In Harm's Way' (Metalcast Records) in Europe, U.S.A. and Canada, produced by Grammy award winning recording engineer Carl Vikman. The opening track “Dead Inside” got airtime on radio as well as on TV.
In the early spring the band went on a tour through Scandinavia with UK’s metalcore maniacs Centurion; and in the fall a similar tour with their Diamond worshipping friends in Icons of Horror. In 2009, due to irreconcilable differences, the band parted ways with its former record label, and made their debut album available for free online.
In 2011 SANCTRUM was invited to participate in the "Metallsvenskan" tournament broadcasted on the network “TV4 sport” Later that year one of the original guitarist, Volkan, decided to leave the band due to various reasons. The search for a replacement was neither long nor arduous; the position was almost instantly filled by Alex Tollin.
The EP "Autumn" was recorded in may 2012 with producer Teddy Möller at BlueFlame studios and was released digital on all big platforms. The title track also appeared on the compilation “Sicksound – A New Era” (Sickhouse Sound Production HB).
Come 2013, the writing process for their second full-length album slowly began while still supporting the Autumn EP, including winning the 25th Villa de Bilbao music contest in Spain of 2013.
In 2014 SANCTRUM entered the studio once again to record their sophomore album, entitled “ROT”, in Studio Maskinrummet during September-October 2014 with producer Lawrence Mackrory (F.K.Ü. Darkane).
The critically acclaimed album "ROT" was released worldwide in 2015, following the release SANCTRUM toured across Europe multiple times and released two music videos.
In the fall of 2017 the recording of the new EP 'Walk with Vermin' began. SANCTRUM will team up once again with monster producer Lawrence Mackrory (F.K.Ü, Darkane) and the legendary Danne Bergstrand (Dimmu Borgir, Behemoth) for the mix and master of the new masterpiece.
'Walk with Vermin' is a five-song-strong-masterpiece portraying all of SANCTRUM's song writing and producing skills.
SANCTRUM is a force of nature leaving you breathless, gasping for air. SANCTRUM's intense live shows prove that they truly are the new breed and a force to be reckoned with.

Artist Biography: Nosindependencia es de esas bandas que has visto por años en afiches, internet y más de algún show en vivo, pero que no está completamente masificada ni es tan popular. Es verdad, nunca ha sido una prioridad para la banda darse a conocer masivamente, siendo el Under su escenario más cómodo.
La banda nace en San Bernardo – Santiago - Chile, en 1995 como una clásica banda de garaje, haciendo covers y pasando un rato entretenido, hasta que se empiezan ha componer temas propios y le dan algo más de seriedad. En 1997 graban su primer disco, que salió editado un año después en un Split junto a la banda Alternocidio. Por esa época pocas bandas eran reconocidas como “Hardcore Melódico”, siendo pioneros en el estilo.
A fines del 2001, la banda edita el disco “…De la vida”, consolidándose en el Under local, donde temas como “Amistad” y “Dolor y Evolución”, son de los más reconocidos. Recién en 2004 graban su tercera placa, “Nunca estamos preparados”, del cual se desprende su único video clip hasta el momento: “Junio”. En 2005 la banda lanza el EP “El Regalo”, disco con temas nuevos y rarezas grabadas con anterioridad y que se regaló en el show de los 10 años de la banda.
Numerosos compilados nacionales e internacionales han acompañado su carrera, giras, shows en Argentina y Uruguay, fechas memorables junto a Lagwagon, Misfits, No Use For a Name, Millencolin, Fun People, Eterna Inocencia, Futuro Incierto, etc., dan sustento a una gran trayectoria.
Dos años de receso fueron suficientes para retomar el camino del rock, los shows y la autogestión, y hoy preparan lo que será su cuarta producción, la que verá la luz en 2012.
