We all need breaks from time to time - forced stops that make us integrate and process what we have been taking on and letting go. It usually happens when we have been overwhelmed or super preoccupied with daily responsibilities. A forced stop is required because we are missing something in the experience and Universe, typically through our bodies, needs us to realign. So we catch a 24hour cold, or sprang something and we have to rest a day or two... so that all of our parts catch up. But you don’t have to wait on Spirit to make you pause.You are given signs first - and if you heed them, you can decide when and how you’ll take that break. Today’s energy may be just what you need. It makes sense in some ways to want to understand what caused our present circumstance, but to affect change, at some point, why has to be replaced with what. What triggers you to bring up the past? What can you do to change how you’re feeling right now? What is preventing you from coming from love? If you were to guesstimate how much time you spend each day on thinking about what you want that you don’t have, what you want to feel that you’re not, and where you are that you don’t want to be, would it be a lot or a little? If you’re consistently asking Universe when things are going to change... you might want to ask what is preventing you from experiencing it. If you’re holding on to a hope of something more while doing more of the exact same thing, the kind of change you’re looking for will never visit you. In order to have what you desire, you have to be willing to give it up. That means it’s not about the specifics but the energy of intention. Today, Generosity and Abundance
I've heard many times that to be abundant you need to be generous and give money to others and then it will be returned to you, the karmic cycle. I believe abundance comes from generosity in all things; your time, your money, your love…but I also think it goes a step further. I believe that abundance comes from giving generously and not expecting anything in return. Giving to help others and to make the world a better place is truly what abundance is. If you give to others with no expectation or concern for receiving anything back, then that is abundance in its purest form, for you and the recipient.
There are endless opportunities to share abundance with others and it doesn’t mean giving money. Give of yourself in big and small ways, share what you have with others and let it fill you up. If you let go to it, that vibration will stay with you and will permeate your life with true abundance in many different and unexpected ways. And most importantly it will put out positivity into the world, and we definitely need more of that.

When you wake up do you feel sure about the direction of your life, do you have inner peace about where you are on your journey? I think most would say no without hesitation.
If you feel like your current path isn’t taking you where you want to go, are there ways you can start to shift toward what you want? I’m talking about making small changes that ultimately lead toward big ones. Try to sit with yourself each morning and ask for guidance on how you can be more in alignment with yourself and your goals.
Then listen to what your heart tells you. That is your God voice, your soul speaking to you. Then it’s up to you if you listen. The same messages will be repeated until you do, because it’s what you’re meant to do...but you already know that don’t you? Try listen to your heart and see how the energy shifts for you.

For many of us, we’re feeling ready right now, to get going, to be doing what it is we’re supposed to be doing. We feel like we’re not ourselves, not quite right in our walking... and yet we’re just looking for that sign or event that tells us to turn right and go over there... and so we just feel like we’re floating a bit. On top of that, it’s the new year and we should be more positive and feeling more motivated and a lot of people don’t feel inspired like that yet. It’s ok. The energy you experience and cycles of your life do not line up well with the gregorian calendar everyone uses. That calendar is about conducting commerce, not about marking important days for your growth and development. In other words, your time comes when it’s your time. Today, what is my job?
We spend a lot of our time at work. For some of us, it represents the best expression of who we are. For others, it is a means to fund other ambitions where fulfillment is found. Everyone experiences this world in slightly different ways. It’s how one person feels great doing a particular activity while another can’t. We are all made for certain functions. Some use their body more than anything else. For others, it’s their mind or Spirit. There is always a lead outlet based upon the kind of manifestation you are focused on and made for. So what is your job really? It’s to become aware and change what you are manifesting (not necessarily how). For example, if you are a body person, that is your dominant outlet, and so you may use that kind of energy to shift yourself into a higher frequency (and you may show others how to as well). When you change who you are... it changes what you manifest and you gravitate naturally to your dominant outlet for its release. Something to think about. Go ahead and set your intentions now.
