CIA Report of Communication Phenomena | Declassified CIA UFO Files | Overview #8
We start off near the top of the file. It lists a “class of phenomena”, it says “Possibly ESP, Observer to Source – Conventional Radio, Source to Observer”. I find this curious because this is the only section that mentions ESP. It doesn’t mention that she is quoted as to saying anything related to ESP. Maybe this is nothing, but it also is a bit odd to me. Where did ESP come from as the assumption of what is happening in this situation?
On June 25th 1966 a weird communication phenomena occurred. A 22 year old lady named Miriam Ovaskainen experienced two hours of continuous beeping coming from her portable transistor radio. The document goes into extreme detail describing the Model and specs of the radio. For example, take a look at this snippet of the radio description.

UFO News Report declassified by CIA on UFO events that took place occurred back in September 19, 1976 in Tehran Iran. Two F-4 Phantom Crews of the Imperial Iranian Air Force observed a “series of strange airborne objects”. One after another there a series of four calls came into authorities from a nearby city reporting these very same UFOs. The #UFOs were described as “bird-like” or helicopters with blinding lights (although there were none in the air at the time).

Video Description:
A summary of a few of the documented UFO cases that are important enough to bring to the attention of higher up officials. Most interestingly a statement that explains how a fireball was released. Samples were taken of the grass in the vicinity of the sighting/fireball and it was determined that they “differed strangely in appearance” compared to samples taken further away from the sightings.

UFO Crash Leads to Discovery of Advanced Alien Technology - Declassified CIA Files | BlackVault
The document starts off by explaining that the Soviet Union is creating a “permanent center” for the study of UFOS. It says they will be conducting research and presenting lectures. I find this very interesting because the United States had already been conducting research since at least the 1950’s. Why did the Soviet Union wait until 1989? These centers and organizations that have been created over the last 75 plus years could all be mind games that countries use against one another. But who knows? maybe every one of these countries truly does not know what these UFOs are and are truly concerned…… It is hard to tell.
As we get to the third paragraph of the document it is referencing an event that occurred in 1986, it quotes “many observers saw a flying sphere crash” into a large hill. Various groups of Scientists later arrived on the scene to study the crash debris. Objects described as “fine mesh”, “small spherical objects”, and “pieces of glass” are all that are really left. After a study of the site had been conducted it was found that gold, silver, nickel, alpha-titanium, molybdenum, and compounds of beryllium existed in the #UFOs remains. This document describes what we know now as the “Height 611 UFO Incident”.
