In which I show you a remix I made a while ago in Mixcraft. I don't know why I didn't upload, but anyway, here it is. Comprised of 18 different instruments, this song melted my computer multiple times. (imagine synthesizing one note, then effects, then reverberations, for all of those notes at the same time). I hope you like it! Also, let me know what you think of the artwork and visualizers I added. (I made the background in Gimp!)
In this video, I show you how to use the CHDK firmware extension to shoot RAW, and also how to manipulate your camera's videography abilities. As always, experiment with your settings and see what works best for you. Everything I show you whould be nearly the same no matter what your camera model is. (so what I show you here will also apply to the SX40)
Some notes:
-If you want to increase the data-rate of your video, make sure your SD card is fast enough!
(If it's too slow, nothing will break, but you won't be able to shoot very long)
-Shooting in DNG format increases compatibility with other image editing programs.
(The normal RAW images are just a dump of the information from the camera's sensor.)
-Disable all overrides before creating the badpixel.bin.
-And as always, use common sense!

If only boss music was always this cool!
This is a remix of the wonderfully composed piece that played during the final boss of the SNES game Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. This piece was originally composed by Koji Kondo, and the MIDI file was sourced from http://www.vgmusic.com/ .
I got bored one day, and decided to fool around in Mixcraft a bit. That brief period of boredom turned into a pretty nice remix. I do have some problems though. Mainly that I can't get pitch-bends right. In the MIDI file, it was fine, but the instruments in Mixcraft just weren't having any of it, and they refused to bend any more than 1/4 of a semitone. Either way, I like it.

In which I test out an amplifier IC that I bought through Ebay. This 14 pin SIP can output 10 watts per channel if given the right amount of voltage. Currently, only about 4W of power is going through the speaker, as I'm only giving it 12 volts. I plan to use the second channel as a second amp to bridge together to give 8W of mono power! Also, this is a 4" driver that I scrapped from an old TV. Let me know if you have any questions.

A remastering of the original soundtrack of the classic game for the Sega Megadrive/Genesis Comix Zone.
Created in Mixcraft 6.0, this is my interpretation of what the original composer Howard Drossin would have made had he not been limited by the Megadrive's sound card. I have remixed the whole soundtrack, and will be releasing songs week by week in the order that goes from best to least best. Some of the later levels have WONDERFUL music, and I want people to hear it, hence why I'm uploading them first.
Please excuse any poor technique used in the game, as I didn't look up how to do ANYTHING, so I probably missed out on a lot of it.
Original Composer: Howard Drossin
Release Year: 1995
Download this remix: Will be available once they are all published.

What's next on this channel? To be honest, I don't really know.

What do I have planned for this YouTube channel? Well, pretty much the same types of content that have been here before: gaming, music, photography, and hardware hacking. I just wanted to address all of my new subscribers, as the subscriber count on my channel has nearly doubled since my last video, and I want to let them all know what's happening. If you have any questions, feel free to ask; I'll probably answer it.
Plans include (roughly in this order):
-A video game soundtrack (that was playing in the video)
-New and re-done remixes
-Video games including Kerbal space program, teleglitch, minecraft, and others
-Photography tutorial
-My next big minecraft timelapse- Four Pillars
-Hardware hacking
-other stuff

On Feb. 4, 2015, Wheeler confirmed that he would use Title II to give internet users the strongest protections possible. The full Commission approved his proposal on Feb. 26 — marking the *biggest victory for the public interest in the FCC's history*.
Now, under President Trump, FCC Chairman Ajit Pai is doing everything he can to dismantle Net Neutrality. Speak out now to reject any attacks on the open internet.

Subject: I am against the "Restoring Internet Freedom" act
Dear [Name of person]:
Please support any amendment that would strike out Sections 628, 629 and 630 from the Government Appropriations. These sections would undermine the FCC's Net Neutrality rules and prevent the agency from enforcing these critical protections. It is unacceptable to use a budget bill to circumvent the FCC's open rulemaking process that millions of citizens participated in.
The American people have called for strong net neutrality rules. Congress should let the FCC do its job, and not engage in unproductive partisan brinkmanship.
