James O'Keefe Jr sues the federal government
"The government interceded, stole the technology and attempted to use this in classified programs," says Jim O'Keefe, the president of the small New Jersey technology company Demodulation. He has filed a $50 million lawsuit against the U.S. government, accusing it of taking his firm's research."
The Jim O'Keefe aforementioned is my father. Many of you know he is an engineer. His company, "Demodulation," created an innovative technology; a fiber smaller than the diameter of a human hair that can be easily hidden in a variety of products. When this fiber is stimulated remotely by a low energy source it creates an electronic signature that can be identified.
But then the government stepped in.

Letten resigned in disgrace when his office was found attempting to manipulate open trials by disparaging the reputation of defendants on online public forums
There is reason to believe the US Department Of Justice pressured Letten's office back in 2010 to prosecute O'Keefe. After the incident in Sen. Landrieu's office, in which videographers sought to ascertain whether constituent phone calls were being answered, Letten recused from the case, only to pass it to associates within the office that even included Sen. Landreiu's brother.
When confronted, Letten only came out of his office after contacting various members of law enforcement. He then proceeded to swear at our reporters, created fictional crimes, made false statements in front of police, and even committed a minor assault. He acted with complete impunity, as the police officers patiently waited in silence until the conclusion of his tirade, only to then detain our reporters under another fictional pretense.
Our videographers decided to take the message of "truth to power" to journalism outfits across the NYC metro area -- asking them to accept a copy of Breakthrough and to participate in the practice of releasing full raw tapes with all of their investigations.

Project Veritas released a leaked document today from within the Department of Homeland Security which shows how federal agencies are reacting to the recent raid of President Trump’s Florida home.
In the document, the DHS warns of a heightened security risk for federal agents, specifically FBI agents, because of the Mar-a-Lago raid.
In addition to listing potential warning signs for Domestic Violent Extremists [DVEs], the DHS predicts that violent threats may continue to escalate this year.
“The threats we have observed, to date, underscore that DVEs [Domestic Violent Extremists] may view the 2022 midterm election as an additional flashpoint around which to escalate threats against perceived ideological opponents, including federal law enforcement personnel,” the document reads.
The document also appears to state that DVE ideology tends to be aligned with the ideas that “government overreach” and “election fraud” are a threat to the country.
“In recent years, DVEs adhering to different violent extremist ideologies have coalesced around perceptions of government overreach and election fraud to threaten and conduct violence. As a result of recent activities, we assess that potential targets of DVE violence moving forward could include law enforcement, judicial officials, individuals implicated in conspiracy theories, and perceived ideological opponents who challenge their worldview.”
The leaked material concludes with a warning to agents that the public should not know this information.

At a recent town hall of constituents in Rubicon, Wisconsin, Republican Rep. Sensenbrenner denied the fact that the voting rights legislation he is sponsoring is racist because it excludes white voters from the protection of the Voting Rights Act. When clearly asked if the Act excludes protections for white voters, Sensenbrenner responds, "It does not do that."
Sensenbrenner also hired the ACLU to help write and lobby for this bill, so it shouldn't surprise you that this bill would, according to a legal expert, "plainly give the DOJ renewed power to block any election integrity law in any covered jurisdiction, period. This includes voter ID and requirements registrants prove they are citizens."
