My Kodak Playsport would not turn off. It froze. I could not find any information in the Kodak manual on how to fix it. I found help on a forum that told me how to use the reset button. I used a pen but nothing happened, I found out you need to use a needle like item to reset the button. I have the latest software version update so do not know why it is freezing, but so far this has helped it unfreeze and I have not had another problem. I never told anyone this before, but in the last few years amidst all of our public health calamities, disappointing politics, and Ponzi economics I decided I want to live to be 104 years old. Not just chronologically but also in health and happiness and love. I won't go into any detail as to why, I have my reasons. Do I get there? That's up to the Lord. However, most of us have heard the Lord helps those who help themselves. Even though some days I do not feel so good ( like most people) I don't see how it can hurt to focus on learning new things and new ways and habits trying to make myself healthier and happier and more in love with life. I don't claim to be able to do this 24 hours a day seven days a week. I expect and imagine I will fall off the wagon now and then. I could catch the cooties tomorrow. I could abandon ship. Who knows for sure what life has in store for any of us. But I have definitely been enjoying investigating different avenues hoping to lead me to some new ideas about how I can conjure up a way to live to 104 in health happiness and love. Hope is a magical thing. This video was made because a viewer left a comment about affirmations. I am not an expert on affirmations. I'm in agreement with Scott Adams in that I don't have any proof or scientific evidence that affirmations work. However, my feeling and perception is that they do. If you do affirmations you have to do them on something you are positive that can happen and you have to make sure it's something you want 100%. I don't think it works to use affirmations on things that people are only involved with, you have to be committed. It has to be something that you hunger for and it's not a passing fancy. Scott wrote that he thought it worked better if you did write the affirmations down 10 times a day but some people just say them out loud or record them or read them. Whatever works for you. He did seem to use the future tense. I want to emphasize that I am not saying this is some sort of voodoo mystical thing. I don't know what it is exactly. I have a feeling that it's basically just focusing on something and as you do that continuously opportunities will arise and you will take action having motivated yourself to do so. There's more to it around the edges but I think that's the biggest part of it. However, there are things that have happened to people using affirmations that are unexplainable by that interpretation. As far as positive visualizations that is my term for a pep talk I give myself when I'm exercising on my trampoline every day. And when I use the term exercise I guess you could say I'm using that term lightly because for 15 minutes I just bounce and bob up and down gently so that's not much of an exercise. But supposedly it does help activate my lymph system and after four years I would imagine my ankles are in pretty good shape. The pep talk is helpful and I have to do something for 15 minutes anyway. There is no way to lose from doing it. This has been kind of a retro New Age hippie-dippy woo-woo kind of video. I hope the people who watch it are inspired to spend a little time looking into affirmations and positive visualizations and maybe even trying to live to 104.
