He made headlines last week coming out in opposition to President Obama’s Iran Nuke Deal. Subsequently, MoveOn.org has mobilized thousands of its members to withdraw financial support for Schumer, who is positioned to become minority leader in the U.S. Senate upon Harry Reid’s retirement. Schumer pointed out the flaw in Obama’s mantra that the only alternative to approving his deal with Iran is war. Schumer believes that simply re-imposing American sanctions can cripple Iran’s economy, especially since they are already off on an illegal weapons shopping spree in Russia and China: “We have [a] powerful tool and if used I think that’s a better … chance in a very difficult world than an agreement that is so totally flawed.” All sorts of theories have popped up about why Senator Shumer has broken from Obama on this, the most important foreign policy initiative of his presidency. Is Schumer covering for other Dems who want to vote nay? Or conversely, has Schumer been given permission to vote nay in order to appease the New York Jewish lobby because he knows there are enough Democrat votes to prevent an Obama veto override? Orrrr, there could be another factor – a much more deadly factor. Weeks ago, I was tipped off by a viewer that Russia has already given Iran nukes, and all this is just a desperate cover operation to hide that fact. And that, my friends is my next topic. Every large FBI investigation ends – not starts – by interviewing the major target of the investigation. Tomorrow after weeks of dodging and weaving, Hillary Clinton’s day has finally come. According to an exclusive report by the Daily Caller, Hillary Clinton is scheduled to meet Saturday, July 2 with the FBI at her Washington, D.C. home. FBI investigators have already interviewed several Clinton aides, including her former chief of staff, Cheryl Mills, and her deputy chief of staff, Huma Abedin. The interview with the FBI comes 5 days after a supposedly secret meeting Bill Clinton had aboard Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s FBI jet at the Phoenix airport on Monday. Lynch initially claimed that the meeting was merely a chance meeting, but has now retreated to the truth – that Clinton initiated the meeting and that the pair talked privately after everyone but Lynch’s husband was asked to stand outside on the airport tarmac and Lynch’s FBI entourage demanded that no photos, even cell phone photos be made of the event. Lynch disclosed the meeting 2 days ago, after a local reporter was tipped off by a well-connected tipster. This morning, Lynch declined to recuse herself from the investigation, but said she fully expected to accept the recommendations of FBI officials and Justice Department attorneys. However, by 5 pm, her story had drifted back to saying she would not only not recuse herself, but she would maintain full control over approving that recommendation. The walls are now clearly closing in on the Clintons and the best theory is that a desperate Bill Clinton waited at the airport for Lynch’s FBI jet to arrive – hardly a chance meeting. Lynch granted the meeting – which is a clear violation of not only Justice Department policy, but a basic tenet of legal ethics – because #1 Bill Clinton had given Lynch her first big appointment; and #2, the PlaneGate summit would be kept secret. No doubt the Clintons knew that Hillary’s interview date had finally been set by the FBI. That means the end is very near for the Clintons because the Democratic convention in Philadelphia comes one week after the Republican convention, which opens just 17 days from now, on July 18. No doubt Bill Clinton was trying to negotiate the best deal possible for not only he and Hillary, but for their daughter Chelsea, who is deeply involved in the machinations of the Clinton Foundation. With that groundwork set, now let’s look at last night’s interview with former Attorney General Michael Mukasey on Fox. Mukasey was appointed by George W. Bush as Attorney General in 2007 and was replaced by Eric Holder in 2009 upon President Obama’s election. Mukasay said Lynch should recuse herself. [insert] Mukasey urged Megan Kelly not be suspicious of the intentions of the FBI and the “straight-arrow” prosecutors working at the Justice Department. [insert] Then, as Megyn is trying to quickly wrap up the segment, a determined Mukasey interjects - as his very last words of the interview – this bold assertion: [insert] What he says is the investigation: “Will have momentous results”. To me, that can only mean one thing; Mukasey believes the Clintons will be indicted – and probably on multiple felonies. Good afternoon, I’m still reporting on the Monster Vote appears. Monster Vote Rears Its Head in Florida – GOP With 11% Lead Good morning, I’m still reporting on real voting going on in Florida. The key battleground state of Florida has a huge population of vote-by-mail voters. This includes absentee voters, plus those who just prefer to vote by mail. Of Florida’s 12 million voters 27.53% prefer to mail in their vote. This is probably the biggest polling sample available on the Internet in near real-time – that is, it is updated several times a day by the Florida Division of Elections. [insert] It is providing the best-available glimpse at how the election – at least in Florida -- is turning out. So let’s take a deep dive into these numbers. I’ll admit what my assumptions and skews are - and you can argue those - but given my assumptions, the results can now be quantified with some degree of confidence. Currently, Republican voters lead 42.1 to 38.8%. All the minor party votes are lumped together and although in some MSM national polls, the total of Johnson and Stein is 10% or more - just as we’ve predicted all along - in the end, that vote will return to closer to it’s historical average of about 1%. In this extraordinary year, that total may be in the 2- 5% range, but it’s not going to be in the 5 to 10% range. As we’ve seen over the past 2 months, as those voters abandon their favorite 3rd party candidates, Trump has been the major beneficiary – perhaps by a 70-30 margin. For example, the RCP average already shows Johnson with 3.3% and Stein with 1.2% of the vote in Florida – for a total of 4.5% of the vote. However, our vote-by-mail totals show the 3rd-party vote is currently running at 2.52% for all “Other” candidates put together. Then there are the registered Independents in Florida. Here is where part of the Monster Vote is lurking - lurking within this “No Party Affiliation” column. In Florida you can register as an independent, and it is about 8 times the size of the 3rd party vote. There are 82,000 third-party voters and 626 thousand registered Independents. As of this morning at 6 am, 16.6% of the vote-by-mail ballots that have been cast have come from registered independents. Now keep in mind, we don’t know for sure for whom any of these vote-by-mail voters have actually cast ballots for, but we are assuming that 10% of Independents will decide for 3rd party candidates – and that is generous – and the rest of the independent vote will be split on a 70/30 basis for Trump. We also assume that Trump will be the recipient of 70% of those who end up abandoning their 3rd party candidate. So, let’s factor in those numbers. It’s a guess – but based on the above assumptions, a fair guess. I’m giving Trump a +4% advantage in the crossover vote. So subtract 2% from the Democrats and add the same amount of votes to the Republicans. Now, let’s say that 10% of the Independents vote 3rd party. That leaves 287,803 Independent votes to split up between Trump and Clinton. Again, our assumption is that 70% will go for Trump and 30% for Clinton. Here are the results based on these assumptions: 53.4% Trump 42.4% Clinton 4.2% - Other So based on these vote-by-mail results as of 6 am today, this is our estimate of the final Florida vote. That’s an 11% margin of victory for Trump and anything over a 10% margin in Presidential politics is officially dubbed a landslide. I’m still reporting from Washington. Good Day. A federal Appeals Court has backed a North Carolina voter ID law is unconstitutional because it deliberately discriminates against black voters. Three months before election day, the ruling tossed out North Carolina’s requirement that voters prove their identity with a photo ID. It also restored the ability of voters to register to vote on election day and to register to vote before reaching the age of 18. Republican Governor Pat McCrory, who is locked in one of the nation’s tightest governor’s races criticized the ruling by the 3-judge panel as a partisan play to help out Democrats in November’s election. “Photo IDs are required to purchase Sudafed, cash a check, board an airplane or enter a federal courtroom. Yet three Democratic judges are undermining the integrity of our elections.” State Senator Phil Berger and the House speaker, Tim Moore, in a joint statement said: “We can only wonder if the intent is to reopen the door for voter fraud [in the upcoming election.]” Also yesterday, another federal court judge in Wisconsin made a similar decision, loosening the ability of potential voters to get the necessary identification, and even be able to vote if they presented affidavits swearing to their identities. Judge James D. Peterson said: “The preoccupation with mostly phantom election fraud leads to real incidents of disenfranchisement which undermine … confidence in elections.” Donald Trump supporters charged that their confidence had already been shaken during the Republican primary in Wisconsin which was riddled with apparent widespread election fraud. A similar judicial determination made weeks ago in Texas softened the Texas laws demanding photo ID in order to vote.
