The problem with point and shoot cameras is that there is no way to access the inside to clean dust off the sensor. This can be annoying, especially if the camera has a long zoom lens that tends to suck in dust when operating. I’ve found a way to remove the dust from inside the camera. Sharing it here.

This video is part of a series about a coast to coast bicycle tour across Canada. A tour of that magnitude has the potential to be life changing and allows you to experience total freedom. This episode starts in Atikokan and eventually ends up in Thunder Bay, after a journey through seemingly endless wilderness along Highway 11. Along the way we meet other cyclists and even travel together for some time. We camp at a remote lake lodge where the wildlife is’t scared of us and meet other people who are surprised anyone is traveling across this country by bicycle.

In the summer of 2017 I was cycling coast to coast, across Canada.
This video is about the last part of a side trip of the Niagara Peninsula, for which Barbara had joined me.
Have you ever tried to find a hotel in Mississauga on a busy summer weekend, last minute booking? We did. We failed.

I really don’t like to see trees getting cut down. However, there are situations when it is the only option. Experts are available for those cases. They are called arborists and they know how to remove a tree safely, from just about anywhere. I’m showing you one at work.

I was new to bicycle touring when I started to ride west, toward the Gulf Coast. My first few days taught me valuable lessons, the hard way. I came close to sleeping on a sand pile and ended up riding down a deserted road for hours, under a full moon. It is adventures like these that make bicycle touring so awesome. You should definitely try it, but first you might want to read my book: https://www.amazon.ca/Destinations-are-Fake-Jorg-Schlagheck/dp/099594590X
