The band's distinctive sound consists of harmonization of pop and emotional vocals with that complex rhythm. The girls create tightly controlled chaos, balancing frenetic rhythms and guitar work with an accessible pop core and sweet, high-pitched, melodic vocals.
They have been getting great attention from all around the world as well, and in 2014 and 2015, they did the Asia tours twice, Europe tours twice including supporting act for ***“[Pixies](https://cutt.ly/KQJI9A2)”*** in the UK, and North America tour.

***“La Sera”*** began as the dreamy pop songwriting vehicle for ***[Brooklyn](https://cutt.ly/cWwPjIO)*** bassist ***[Katy Goodman](https://cutt.ly/kWwOM5H) (Kickball Katy)***, also known as a member of noise pop band ***“[Vivian Girls](https://cutt.ly/qWwPvpX)”***, then shifted styles from *punk* to *alt-country* as she progressed.
After she sent initial demos to good friend, filmmaker, and music producer ***Brady Hall***, who fell for the charming, ethereal vocals and '50s pop influences that ***Goodman*** exudes; he re-recorded material at his home studios in ***Seattle***, and the outfit signed to ***“[Hardly Art Records](https://cutt.ly/UWwP5fM)”*** in 2010, and subsequently released the ***"[Never Come Around](https://cutt.ly/NWwWroi)"***.

***Steven Patrick Morrissey***, known by his surname, is an English singer, songwriter, and author. He came to prominence as the frontman of rock band the ***"[Smiths](https://cutt.ly/vvmCtDB)"** who were active from 1982 to 1987. Since then, he has pursued a successful solo career.
Morrissey's music is characterised by his baritone voice and distinctive lyrics with recurring themes of emotional isolation, sexual longing, self-deprecating and dark humour, and anti-establishment stances.
***"Maladjusted"*** is Morrissey's sixth studio album, attempt to integrate the torch songs that he experimented with on ***"Vauxhall and I"*** with the indie rock of his earlier career.
However, this release caused a small amount of controversy over what was to be the penultimate track, ***"Sorrow Will Come in the End"*** which is clearly about the ***Mike Joyce*** royalties dispute, and lyrically takes the form of, essentially, an extended threatening message to him and his representatives after loss in ***"Smiths"*** royalty suit.
***”Maladjusted”*** received a mixed-to-unfavourable response from critics. They're charming songs, but they're subtle charms, offering the kind of pleasures only longtime Morrissey followers will find irresistible.
