Simple Petite Baguette [Whole wheat][Gourmet Apron 416]
Tried to make French baguette first time.I didn't expect tiny size of baguette but it was tasty. Moist and crunchy, best size for garlic bread.Simple ingredients is good for everyone too.

===== Ingredients =====

All purpose flour 200 g
(White 150 g +Whole wheat 50 g)
Warm water 50 ml
Water 80-100 ml
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Sugar 1 Tbsp
Active dry yeast 1/2 Tsp
Some oil

===== Recipe =====

Put yeast and sugar into warm water and wait for about 5-10 minutes until activate yeast.
Put flour into large bowl and add salt,water.
Mix until dough become together.
Keep dough warm place and let rise until double in size.
After rise the dough, release gas and divide for 2 pieces.
Make dough to stick shape and rest for 10-15 minutes.
Stretch dough and roll to final shape and close end of each side of dough.
Let rise until double in size for about 30-50 minutes.
Place some water bottom shelf of oven for steaming.
Preheat oven for 250°C, 482°F
Dust some flour and oil.
Give them lots of mist water on top.
Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
