For those loveline fans during the peak of the show's popularity during the Adam Carolla / Dr. Drew era. These shows came from tape transfers and made into mp3 format. I did not record or transfer any of these shows, so when there's missing audio and the conversation suddenly ends in the middle of something interesting on occasion isn't my fault. Nothing I can do about it, either.
(0:00:00) 01. 2000-03-14: The guest is Molly Culver and is a partial of 26 minutes with mediocre source quality that begins abruptly, but ends at the end of the show. It is, however, a solid 26 minutes and Anderson burns Adam with the "whackin off to my mom" drop yet again. He's really getting good mileage out of it and it's origin was only two shows ago.
(0:25:58) 02. 2000-03-15: The guests are Debra Wilson & Mo Collins and is a partial of 64 minutes with similar source quality as the previous show. Adam yells at Drew for getting too involved in the show and then Drew knocks over one of the Westwood 2 boom mics in the middle of Debra talking. Adam yells at Drew again for being on the computer during the show as well. The guests are great making for a very solid show. It's too bad it's still missing about 30 minutes of content.
(1:30:51) 03. 2000-03-16: The guest is Barry Blaustein. This is a solid show, but Barry is quiet most of the time. Jimmy Kimmel phones in.
**2000-03-19 missing.
(3:02:37) 04. 2000-03-20: The guest is Vertical Horizon and includes a live performance. Drew gets a little more flack for being on the computer during the show and makes a feeble attempt to argue for more time. Solid show.

Note: Sorry if I miss a week here and there. I'm a bit behind on these and working on catching up.
0:00:00 01. 2004-10-07: This is a no guest show.
1:33:43 02. 2004-10-10: The guest is Orlando Jones. Smoke detector caller and a traffic rant.
3:08:39 03. 2004-10-11: The guest is Dave Navarro. Dave is always an engaged guest which always makes for a good show.

(0:00:00) 01. 1998-11-16: The guest is Lola Glaudini and is a brand new addition to the archive. Once again, the very beginning and very end are both missing. As with the 1998-11-10 show, the 1998-11-15 show is still lost to time and a topic in this show is a continuation of something that happened in that show. Lola is quiet for much of the time, but she does chime in some and she seems to get a little more comfortable in the second half. The "what's My Dad Doing in Israel?" call is brought up again as well as Adam's bad experience on nitrous is brought up. Overall solid show!
(1:36:09) 02. 1998-11-17: The guest is Garrett Wang who shows up after the first break. Some asian talk and some stories from Adam after the halfway point which is interesting. Garrett laughs some and talks sometimes, but not very involved as most guests tend to be. He does seem like a decent guy, though. Still, if you were a fan of Voyager, there is, of course some talk about that. Also, some talk abbut China as well. Solid show!
(3:14:24) 03. 1998-11-18: The guest is Vanilla Ice and he seems to be a decent guy and gets along well with the guys. Despite it being 3am when the show ends, he sticks around for the whole show. Adam tells a never before told story about his friends Ray and Jackie. As for Ice, he does get involved with calls more than most guests and laughs at Adam's humor which always somehow makes Adam funnier.

(0:00:00) 01. 1999-07-11: This is a no guest show with Dr. Bruce in for Drew and is 100% complete. Solid show.
(1:37:34) 02. 1999-07-12: This is a no guest show with Dr. Bruce in for Drew and is missing only a few seconds where the tape flip is. Adam chastizes Bruce for all the Sweet 'N' Lows he puts in his coffee, then he tastes it and is appalled at how Bruce likes his coffee and it's shared by Ann. There's a pretty interesting call in this one from a former clown in Ringling Bros Circus.
(3:14:09) 03. 1999-07-13: The guest is Heather Kozar and Dr. Bruce. Heather is a decent guest. Solid show. Towards the end of the show, Heather admits she'd sleep with Bruce before Adam which prompts him to bash on Bruce a little. Decent show.
(4:51:01) 04. 1999-07-14: The guest is Thomas Ian Nicholas and Dr. Bruce and is only missing the "Mahalo" at the very end. Adam talks about MTV and the story behind how the Man Show got started. The Drew Boogie is played followed by tons of Drew drops. Thomas is quiet most of the time, but occasionally gets some words in.
**1999-07-15 is missing from the archive**
(6:28:13) 05. 1999-07-18: This is a no guest show and is a brand new addition to the archive. Solid no guest show. Adam can't help but to start playing "Guess Bobcat's Age" before Bobcat even gets to the show.
(8:05:28) 06. 1999-07-19: The guest is Bobcat Goldthwait and of course, Adam is going to continue playing "Guess Bobcat's Age" with callers which he started the previous night, but it doesn't work this time. This show sounds fantastic quality wise.

(0:00:00) 01. 2000-12-17: This is another Best of Loveline that is a whole show repeat of the 2000-12-06 show where Adam has gas and moth night is revisisted.
(1:35:49) 02. 2000-12-18: This is a no guest show and a good one.
(3:12:11) 03. 2000-12-19: The guest is Justina Vail. Adam reminisces about his catholic big brother Nate and goes on a cops rant which has been long overdue. After, a cop calls in and Adam explains the virtues of speeding to him.
(4:48:54) 04. 2000-12-20: This is a no guest show. Adam tells the story about when he drove his car off a tow truck earlier that year and it's a first ever telling which takes up almost the entire first segment of the show. Solid overall show with a Lightning Round at the end.
(6:24:45) 05. 2000-12-21: This is a no guest show and the last show of 2000 aside from "Best of" shows. Solid show with Lightning Round at the end again.
**2000-12-24 Best of Loveline missing from archive.

More smelly flashbacks... Back to regular order in the next part!
(0:00:00) 01. 2000-01-06: The first fart lightning show.
(1:35:31) 02. 2000-04-24: More fart lighting.
(3:09:59) 03. 2000-05-21: This show features the only Lightning Round with a fart in it.
(4:39:42) 04. 2000-07-25: Drew gets a revenge fart in on Adam in this one.

(0:00:00) 01. 2000-05-31: The guest is Darrell Hammond and if you've heard his previous shows, you know you're in for an entertaining show with impressions and comedic value and although this show isn't as good as his previous apperances (him telling his prison story just can't be beat), it finishes strong and with a Lightning Round at the end as well. It takes Darrell a few minutes to get into it, but it's a great Lightning Round.
(1:35:08) 02. 2000-06-01: This is a no guest show and a solid one. Another drop origin in this one for Adam's "I'm 36 years young. Ah hahahaha, haha" drop.
(3:10:43) 03. 2000-06-04: The guest is Matchbox 20 and they stay for the first half only, but they are solid guests.
(4:38:16) 04. 2000-06-05: The guest is A Perfect Circle including Maynard James Keenan for you Tool fans out there. They don't say much, but you don't forget they're there either and do say enough to show his sense of humor. They are, despite not saying much, solid guests because they make it count when they do say something.

(0:00:00) 01. 1999-11-30: The guest is System of a Down and is a brand new addition to the archive. This is when Adam really bonds with the guys over a favorite porn video which becomes a running theme over the rest of the run of this era, but especially over the next year or so of shows. System of a Down is one of the better band guests in Loveline history and it all started here. Also, "shit" flies out over the air clear as day during the first call of the second segment which is always funny for some reason.
**1999-12-01 missing.
(1:29:28) 02. 1999-12-02: The guest is Goldfinger and is another outstanding guest. Drew drops are played and Anderson is encouraged to get more confident dropping them in, but Adam yells at him for using others during his tirades.
(3:00:49) 03. 1999-12-05: The guest is Nicholas Brendon and is a brand new addition to the archive. A little over 10 years after this show, Brendon started getting into trouble with the law and things and since I know people find it interesting to read about this stuff (including myself), I'll just summarize. I don't really go off looking for this stuff unless I know there's something interesting or I accidentally stumble onto something while gathering pictures or information about the guest. In this case, it's the latter. Brendon is another unfortunate case of what drug addiction can do to someone.
In March of 2010, Brendon was tased, arrested and later charged with resisting arrest, vandalism and two counts of battery against a police officer. In May, he checked himself into a rehab center to address his addiction to alcohol and sleeping pills. In October of 2014, he was arrested again in a hotel lobby in Idaho for misdemeanor charges of malicious damage to property and resisting/obstructing police.
Brendon had a really bad year in 2015. In February, he was arrested on suspicion of grand theft after trashing his hotel room in Florida and refused to pay the bill. In March, he was arrested again for destroying another hotel room after demanding an upgrade because he was a "TV Star", however, he said in an interview the next day that he was struggling with depression his whole life. He had stopped taking his medication and went back on sleeping pills which made him black out leading to the incident the previous night. In August, he appeared on Dr. Phil to discuss his struggles, but walked off the set soon after the interview began. He later claimed that Dr. Phil "went for the jugular" right out of the gate with no build up and felt uncomfortable enough to leave soon after. In October, he was arrested again in New York for attacking a woman in a hotel room and was charged with felony third-degree robbery, criminal mischief and obstruction of breathing. In December, he returned to the Dr. Phil show to talk about his demons once again. He accepted the rehab program offered to him on the show and was 90 days sober. In October of 2017, Brendon was arrested again for assaulting his girlfriend in a bar in California. The moral of the story is.. deal with your addictions or this is the kind of shit that happens to you! I wouldn't wish it on anyone and I've been unfortunate enough to see this close up with someone I used to know. It's not pretty. I hope Nicholas fully recovers.
As for the show, he talks a lot and isn't shy to get involved at all making him another solid guest, but not an especially funny show though it has it's moments.
(4:31:13) 04. 1999-12-06: The guest is Everclear and this is another distorted sounding, mediocre quality recording due to a degraded tape and/or a subpar radio signal. I lowered the volume as I always do on these kinds of shows because it sounds even worse if kept louder. It is also a 39 minute partial show that ends abruptly, but not before the topic gets into colostomy bags and it goes all wrong.

(0:00:00) 01. 2001-12-13: The guests are Chris Evans, Ron Lester & Chyler Leigh. Ron Lester died young at 45 from liver and kidney failure. He weighed over 500 pounds at one point before losing it all which probably played a role.
(1:32:30) 02. 2001-12-16: The guest is Serenity.
(3:07:18) 03. 2001-12-17: This is a no guest show.
