Last night we looked at a Reddit post in r/Wallstreetbets about buying silver that was deleted by the admins but was shared thousands of times. By the time opening bell happened this morning every aspect of the media was saturated with the financial story that “Redditor’s were going after silver.” Literally by phone, computer, and television this message reached even my family members who text me “Reddit is going for silver!” Immediately I became suspect of the story. When the narrative shifts like that, you know it’s something big. Turns out r/Wallstreetbets deleted the post because they do not/have never supported the idea of “squeezing silver.” The page never supported it, and beyond deleting the posts, the have post after post saying as such today. Every single media outlet who reported this lie today, needed only to visit the page to see that the story was false. It’s the position of this channel that they know EXACLY what they would find at the page, but the narrative around this must be built. I think it is a small sign of something larger happening.
