12's are actually fairly rough on Squat even though the weight is insignificant. Playing around with some relatively easy reps of 10 pounds above Westside Boy's max. Wasn't operating under ideal conditions today. Sub-par sleep, sore lower back, etc. But I still completed the full Strong Lifts : Advanced program which is something that Rockman, Westside Boy, or Andrew Richard will never do as long as they live.
