Thank you Hiker X for pointing me to Saguache Stone Snakes found in St Luis Valley, Colorado about 200 miles away from this stone wall. Nobody knows why the snakes where built and who put them there. After further investigation, I have found that this wall has not been documented anywhere with the State of Colorado or is in any websites on the world wide web. This 400FT plus stone wall is just a straight line going up the hill on an area with more than 5000 acres of land and there is no rhyme or reason as to why this would be there. At first glance you would think this was to keep cattle in or something along those lines but I can assure you 400FT plus of this stone wall does nothing compares to the amount of land around this.
