I have read from Sarah's website since early 2021 and watched her interviews since late 2021. If Sarah learns that an individual she has interviewed is not honest, she puts out a disclaimer about why. This shows integrity. I look for that in everyone I listen to, read or watch. The lady assiting me was only reading the front label. I picked up the bottle she dismissed as not being what I was looking for. I read the ingredients. It was exactly what I was searching for. She lead me off to another section of the store and pointed to a bottle of capsules (I moved away from capsules 2+ years ago). I picked it up, turned to the ingredient list and read it. I handed the liquid she dismissed and asked her to read the ingredkents and label then did the same with the bottle she pointed to. I asked her which she would recommend to her customers. She gave me the excuse that she was still learning and had only been there for a month. I will never ask her for help or advice again. She did not know anything. And she had been extolling one particular mushroom supplement to a customer just a few minites prior to our interaction. I heard her menton Tik Tok account that talks about mushrooms. I am uncertain she has read about them herself. So beware of anyone pushing anything. There are so few that can be trusted unless they have the education, training or have educated themselves enough to share their own story.
