Convergence with Karen Holton E9 March 16, 2021. Today I will talk more about the Quantum Health Transformation program, and introduce you to Steps 8 & 7, which are the next two steps. The information that I am sharing today compliments step 9 as we continue to open our minds and expand our awareness. We will cover several ways to self-soothe, and integrate our male and female energies to give us more quantum balance in our lives. Just to catch you up: in Convergence E 1, 2 & 3 I presented my observations about the current political climate here on Earth, and some history to support my opinions. Then in E 4, 5 & 6 I talked about my experiences as an exopolitical ambassador and other E.T. experiences. In E 7, I talked about some nefarious technologies that may be holding some of you back mentally, physically and spiritually, and I introduced you to an overview of the Quantum Health Transformation course materials. In E8 I shared my latest version of the Quantum Health Transformation program Step 9, where we learned more about the practical application of Quantum Physics, and we examined the benefits of doing light/shadow integration work.
