A Forgiveness Ritual (for Spiritual Freedom and Manifestation)
Sharing a simple forgiveness ritual you can do any time.
Forgiveness is an essential practice if you want to move past obstacles in your life and start manifesting in a purely heart-centered way.
This forgiveness practice is easy to do and will help you to relinquish stored negative emotions and resentments that are keeping you from attaining a higher vibrational level.
?Remember that forgiving someone doesn't mean you condone what they did. It simply releases you from the negative karma of THEIR actions. You release your attachment to their pain body (as manifested through their damaging actions towards you), which helps to heal yours.
A forgiveness ritual is healing for both you and the person you forgive, as you are also releasing any negative emotional hooks you may have attached to their astral body that are keeping both of you from ascending freely.

In this group guided meditation, we direct Sacred Trinity energy (calling on the energies of Isis, Osiris, and Horus/Christos) to grid the earth with Light (like a human crystal grid!)
