Gentle Yoga for the neck, shoulders, and hips - Postpartum yoga for new moms
Hello again and thank you for being here! I'm so happy to be back after a long absence from teaching online. Since last posting a yoga video, I've had a baby, my husband left active duty military service, and we moved from Hawaii to the East Coast! Things have been busy! I'm really liking forward to finally being able to post yoga videos again more regularly.
This practice is based on the first poses I began doing postpartum. If you're a new mom, please make sure you're cleared for activity and be very gentle with yourself! This practice is also beneficial for anyone who is experiencing extreme tension in the neck/shoulders or who wants to reconnect with their breath. There are no inversions (not even downward dog) or twists in this sequence.
