Simply stated you just don't dwell on your negative thoughts and feelings, You don't give it your attention that you normally would. It's an excellent kind of way to practice, Controlling your thoughts and your inner dialogue and your attention and focus. There are even better techniques in the reality trans surfing materials however. I am doing both learning both techniques practicing both techniques, And big picture I think the reality transurfing Materials have a deeper better understanding of the phenomena that we're dealing with.
