From New Years!

I don't like to miss, holiday or not. Simple running in place.

But during these video series I had a surgery and have a few more coming up, but no worries. I will record workouts when I'm allowed to workout and keep this channel going! I won't talk about that personally on here (because I talk about it on other channels too much already). I will keep this channel strictly fitness.

Personal Workout Regime:
Monday: High Intensity Training Workout (I.E. Insanity, Supreme Day 90,etc)
Tuesday: Arm & Chest "Chris Heria" Workout
Wednesday: High Intensity Training Workout
Thursday: Leg Day
Friday: High Intensity Workout
Saturday: Back & Handstand Workout

As a musician (Silky Slick) I love creating music. I love eating food. Working out is also a HUGE PART of my life.
