This video has captions. Click on "CC" in the lower right corner. How I ozonate my water: I usually take mineral water, although distilled water holds more ozone. But since I have been drinking A LOT of ozonated water, I would be running the risk of depleting my mineral levels if I was using distilled water. So I use mineral water for the time being. Once I find a good mineral supplement I might switch to distilled water in the future. I keep some mineral water in the fridge and some at room temperature. I use a mix of refrigerated and room temperature water in order to keep the water cold enough to hold more ozone but not too cold to make it difficult to drink it. I use the 2000 ml beaker from Promolife. I have modified it a bit though. The original comes with a stainless steel stone. This is only good when used with distilled water. With mineral water it leaves a discoloration in the water. So I cut it off and put another piece of silicone tube in, connected by a quick connector. What exactly is a foldable ozone sauna and where can you buy it? This is something I still get asked. It appears that some people are still not clear on what a foldable ozone sauna is. It’s nothing else but the combination of a foldable steam sauna that one can buy for already $100, and a full ozone set-up. So those are two things one needs to buy separately. By connecting them at home you create a foldable ozone sauna. So it's something you need to build by combining those two sets. You can't buy a ready foldable ozone sauna. So essentially you have the sauna tent with the steamer on one side: It boils water and creates steam and heat for the sauna, and on the other side you have the ozone set-up (oxygen source including low flow regulator, ozone generator, silicone tubing). You take the ozone output hose which is connected to the “ozone out” port of your ozone generator and slip it through one of the neck or hand openings of your sauna tent. Voila! This is how you create your foldable ozone sauna.
