This is after one of the piston springs shattered into 3 pieces, its not hard to repair one of these, just be sure to keep everything clean and flush and bleed the system before connecting back up to the injectors!, the pump is pretty robust, but the injectors can be blocked or permanently damaged by stray debris!.
Kubota part designation is "SPRING,ELEMENT #15841-51280"
I got mine from LK Diesel in Braeside Victora, but many others carry or can source them.
