This is not the entirety of Chapter 1, but merely the first half. With one of the brats in tow, we have to go to the haunted school where the ghost roams. Following the brat's directions, we can find the mirror in question where you get the first set of questions that determine whether you live or die. Remember to never agree with the ghost or admit to being an adult, and you'll be left alone. Sadly, the security guard can't say the same. It's always heartbreaking to see someone get sprouted.
One of the old classic monsters has made her return, and it is up to me to bring her down once and for all. Rathian is one of the monsters I have the most experience with and she still has most of her tells from older games so you know when and how to move to evade the worst of her attacks. I do not plan to use any of her gear, but I try to demonstrate removing her tail and destroying her parts to maximize your haul. Her rare is a Plate, and worst case scenario, it will be easier to come by in high rank than right now. The question is if you're up for the grind.

With our conflict with Arianrhod behind us, we get to kick back, relax, and enjoy the summer festival. This does mean that we have a TON of talking to do, and there is even a quest hidden in the middle of all of this. Then when the night starts to wind down, Ash and Musse make a revelation or two...

As promised, we are making our return here. The segments are looking to be pretty lengthy, so I will probably not be able to do daily uploads until Cold Steel is completely uploaded, but we can get a few of these out a week.
In this part, we need to help Space Boyfriend get over his heartbreak, which sends us dumpster diving at the behest of his crew. We have to navigate the garbage dump filled with obsolete electronics until we finally find someone who has beat us to the tape. Due to a distortion in space time, she is brought to a stop and we have to beat a loading screen to get the tape. However, things do not play out as the crew hoped, leaving us facing off against one final opponent...

And here we are back in Dies Irae, just possibly not in the form you expected I would imagine. We are going back to the original form of the VN to see how some of the scenes have changed, and the content too risque for Youtube can be mosaic-ed. Looking at the list, there are 12 different scenes stretched out throughout the story. I will probably do Kei's route on here too, and if it is not possible, I'll go back to Amantes Amentes to record Rea's route.
The good news for the fans of Dies Irae is that this version was predicted to be 4:3, which did not sit well with some people. However, it was somehow possible to make it 16:9 like you see here, meaning there shouldn't be any black bars unless they are part of the story (there are some). I believe there is still some missing content though, so a return to Amantes Amentes is probably inevitable.
As for the intro, the prologue was the exact same, so I omitted it, but the opening movie is different. Beyond that, pretty much everything else here is the same with a couple minor differences that don't really impact things. That will be changing in a few weeks though...

This is a hunt I've done quite a bit in my hunt for crowns (I did succeed for Magnamalo). You have the chances of getting their rare drops too, so that is main reason I imagine some people may be spamming this quest. Being high rank, their plates are easier to come across, but now you have to worry about gems (make sure to cut their tails and break their faces!).
Things that can work in your favor here would be that both monsters are territorial, so you have a decent chance of triggering a turf war. There are no elemental advantages that come between the two, but if you can ride Magnamalo, you may be able to put enough of a hunt onto Los that even if he decides to stay airborne, he isn't long for the world.
So if you need the parts or just want the crowns, hit this up and you can try to knock out two dragons with one bowgun bullet.

King Frost is guarding some fish that the Nekomata wants, so we need to go convince him to part with his bounty. Luckily, he shares weaknesses with Jack Frost, so if you are packing heat or darkness, you can take him down fairly easily. Once done, I'm not sure if you really can kill him or not, but we get the fish to deliver to the Nekomata and complete the quest. As a reward, we can fuse him, so expect to see him in some of the coming videos.

So for the blaster episode of the week, we take Arcane Supergirl into the top against a duo. This is not a lane where you want to send two people, for the reasons you see here.
To explain how Arcane Supergirl works, unlike Sinestro or Green Lantern, she is a poke mage. By using your Q and W, you have ample amounts of wave clear once you build some power damage and sustain and you have the range to clear from so far back that sieges against Arcane SG are very difficult. On the other hand, she is excellent at sieging due to her range. She is not as good at getting kills as either of the two that I mentioned before, but her utility is much greater. And if not for being confined to the top lane for so much of the game, I might have been able to get a better KDA since so much of the action went down bot.
The first mistake the enemy made was sending two people into a character with so much wave clear. With gold and EXP divided between them, I could reach item break points more quickly and safely and just turn into an extremely safe character. The only possible benefit from what they did would be control over the top relay, but that takes time to unlock. This easily was the enemy's biggest mistake.
The next problem is with Mecha Wonder Woman's build. Zeiss Goggles and Mega Rod means that she is relying on the regen from the Mega Rod to keep her sustained while our GasBat has a better overall build. To make things worse, she has no form of Armor Penetration in there while it looked like GasBat was going for that next. This meant that she didn't have a way to cut through our NightBat while we had the means to cut through their GasJoker. To make things worse, once I got the Book of Eternity, I could not only pierce his defenses, but the burn of the Cosmic Staff would gradually wear him down.
Their Stargirl got destroyed in lane leaving them without a source of power damage. Me on the other hand, while I didn't get a lot of kills, I had the solo lane's gold and EXP entirely to myself, and I just got better at clearing the wave as time passed. This put the gold advantage in my favor which became the team's primary source of power damage in the fights. Had there actually been more team fights, I should have been able to compete with GasBat for most damage dealt on my team. Instead the enemy team folded like origami, leaving me unable to show the late game sieging power of Arcane Supergirl. Unfortunately, she is really low on my acquisition list, so we'll have to wait until her next free week before I have a chance to show that off. Maybe something to look forward to. If nothing else, you did get to see how good Arcane SG is in 1v2s though.

I try to work my way closer to the next division, and for this one, we have a different Pokemon in each game. All of the options are offensive, so I will admit that outright, but sometimes a little offense goes a long way.
Pikachu and Machamp have been on the channel a lot recently, so I don't expect them to be unfamiliar. However, Gardevoir is my pick for the finale as I thought we needed the heavy artillery that Future Sight offers. Sadly, I don't know what is optimal in held items now that new ones have been added, but I do want to use the actual Choice Specs instead of the scoring item as you have to cheese that thing into being effective. However, until I can get some numbers on how these things upgrade, I am not going to be making any sudden moves.
