*found me some old pictures i still wanted to upload*
zumo loved sleeping on top of the suitcase
so when we rearranged the furniture,
we integrated the suitcase mezzanine-style,
to also meet a cat's wish to be higher up
zumo spent hours and hours up there,
so it became a thing for us when we hadn't seen him for a while:
'zumo is probably on vacation'
and we were usually right
untill he decided not to like that spot anymore

when i first saw pinkon, her eyecolor was some kind of vague blueish/greyish
i was so curious about her 'final' eyecolor :-)
when i took this picture, she was around 3 months old
and it was the first time that i saw
there was going to be a lot of green in her eyes :-)

zumo is a cat who likes the area around his head to be free and open
so he usually does not allow things to get close
(he even almost never gives us headbumps)
i tried anyway, and this one day he let me get very close to him with my camera

This was a very thrilling star trek episode.
If I remember correctly, this picture was taken at a crucial moment between the enterprise and the romulans' vessel in the episode 'The Neutral Zone' (finale of TNG, season 1)
I was totally immersed in the story
untill Zumo came by for a nap :-D
For a second, I imagined he had total trust in the enterprise crew, but he really does not care. At all.
