Strange how we see Parallel lines Converge ie. train tracks.
Ceilings, Walls and Floors all Converge ie.a long corridor.
These are all properties of VISION at a so called local level.
Ships disappear out of SIGHT, not over a curve.
How you SEE the world is not actually how it is.
So looking that far out at the moon, our vision has to be taken into account aswell.
Maybe because we have no reference points while looking at the night sky , we are able to focus clearly on it .
Usually looking over thirty or forty miles we would have a vanishing point where all lines Converge but yet low and behold we can see a quarter of a million miles away quiet the best.?
