Low poly asset conigured with tris. Comes with 3 textures and all relevant maps.
The walls have a mesh inside them in the form of some more corrugated iron. Modified with some displacement I've been able to expose some of the metal in areas to give it an eroded feel.
Considering making a variation of this model to fit a forest environment with much more displacement and the wood and metal roof shall contain some alpha placed in specific parts to make it look more at home in a post apocalyptic almost "fallout-type" scene.
Created in SketchUP and exported into Blender for the displacement and texturing.

Original model was clean "Kennedy Park" sign.
Edited it in SketchUP to give it a damaged look.
Imported into blender and added chains to the iron sheet and positioned it to hang. Textured in Blender Internal and the metal texture was created in Photoshop.
From modelling to texturing this took about 2 hours.

Modular shelving unit with aluminium brackets. Quite high poly.. around 28k verts (mostly due to the brackets).
I think i'll be animating more of these units as they're pretty stylish.
