(ENG below) 謝謝大家對我陰瑜伽影片的支持,我個人也非常喜愛陰瑜伽。但是我要特別提醒陰陽互根;孤陰不生,獨陽不長。陽中有陰,陰中有陽。陽極生陰,陰極生陽 。也就是說,練習陰瑜伽的同時,也必須練習陽瑜伽。舉凡哈達瑜珈,阿斯坦加瑜伽,流暢瑜珈這些與肌力和肌耐力有關的瑜伽練習,都屬於陽瑜伽。重訓,跑步,單車等也是陽運動的表現,也需要有陰瑜伽來增加韌帶,經膜等結締組織的壓力釋放來達到更好的運動表現。所以千萬不要忽略肌力與肌耐力等相關的訓練!我們老祖宗陰陽太極的圖案,就展現出這樣的深度意涵!
這次的練習有非常深度的開髖動作,請一定要注意自己是否能適應。在影片中我提供了許多不同的變化式,躺姿,坐姿,甚至加輔具等等。請一定要依照自己的能力來選擇,千萬不可以硬做。這樣會很容易受傷,受傷的身體就什麼都不能練習了。學會建立與自己的身體的連結,一直都是我頻道上強調的,大家一定要仔細傾聽。
過程中有任何不舒服,請隨時鬆開,回到放鬆與嬰兒式休息。

Yin yoga is a practice focusing on our meridians. However, when prating yin yoga, one should also practice yang yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa). Neither Yin nor Yang is absolute. Nothing is completely Yin or completely Yang. Each aspect contains the beginning point for the other aspect. For example, day becomes night and then night becomes day. Yin and Yang are interdependent upon each other so that the definition of one requires the definition for the other to be complete.
This should be the healthy approach to our practice and our everyday life too.
This video is focusing on opening our hips and release liver & kidney meridians at the same time. Please choose the variation that suit you and you can always come back to child pose if it is too much pressure for you. Each pose, we will stay for 3 mins or more. So enjoyed!
