There are so many things that you can do to customize your training routine. The most important things may be what you are doing when you are NOT in the gym. Remember, that what you do all day is still part of your training. Much of your results come from what goes on OUTSIDE of the gym because that is where you spend the majority of your time. Making sure that you aren't skipping these aspects of your training will keep you from feeling fatigued and protect you from injury!
